I enjoy the puzzles, however I am not able to enjoy the game. I run the updates and the game will glitch taking coins earned with it. I have reported the problem only to be finally responded with its is fixed.(4 weeks later) It is not fixed. It errored the first game back after the update. They also made no attempt to rectify the situation with even giving the coins that were lost each time back. The ads pop up after nearly every game and the games are short. It makes the ads about twice as long as the actual game. Disappointed in what could have been a great game.

Update: as you can see I am finally getting a response. Clearly as helpful as the help emails have been. Game review going from a 2 star to a 1. I have received 2 email exchanges saying they will “fix the problem” with it deleting coins, freezing, etc. No help has happened. Not a single fix, or even lousy coin given. Months of playing and repeatedly treated poorly. I will be researching the other games this group produces and maybe reach out to their advertisers to give them a heads up. Spend your time and money on another game.

Though the developed has said they will restrict the ads, I have just downloaded BlockTrianglepuzzle (Nov 18) and it has 2 ads for every game that I play. Ridiculous. Life is too short to waste that many minutes on repetitive ads.

NOTE: The developer responded that I should send them an email. Since the person did not include where to find the email address, which would have been too easy to do it did take a while to find it. I finally found it, and sent an email with the necessary information. I received an automatic response that that email was no longer being used and to please use the mail icon in the game, which I can not find. I am not impressed with this company’s follow-through or its customer service. I thought I’d give the game a chance again this morning. Not only were there constant ads, it kept locking up. I deleted the game. Worthless.

This game would have received four stars from me. I didn’t mind that ads appeared after every two or three games since some levels were tricky to solve, which meant the game took time to play. I wish when entire levels were passed, the game would open to the level I was so I didn’t have to scroll to find my place.

I’m deleting this game and giving it one star because pro-Trump ads have started to appear recently. Not only that, but once the ads appear, there is no way to get the ad off the screen. One has to completely exit out of the game and re-open the game for the ad to disappear, only for the same or a similar ad to come back the next time an ad appears.

While the devs can take money from anyone for ads, I certainly don’t have to see it on my screen, especially when it’s a nuisance.

There’s a daily bonus puzzle every morning where you can earn coins to buy extra puzzles or hints. You used to be able to randomly earn 5, 7, or 10 coins per set of 3, with 9 bonus puzzles a day for a daily minimum of 9 cousins. It was truly random. A hint cost more than you would generally get in one day, but only a little more. And, you could try to store up coins to buy bonus puzzles once you’d completed all the free ones.

Then they changed it to 3, 5, or 10 coins, and changed the algorithm as well. I have yet to earn more than 16 coins a day for weeks now. A hint costs 30 coins so if I’m only getting 9 per day (most days now), it is not worth playing anymore. And the puzzles are hard enough now that I will be stuck for days if I don’t use hints. It’s sucked all the joy out of this game. Do yourself a favor and find a different pangram game - there must be plenty out there.

I always suspected the random coin drawings after the daily bonus weren’t truly random, but the last update brought it to a new level. Since the update, I’ve drawn the worst bonus 6 times in a row, which is literally about a one tenth of one percent probability. I rarely use the coins so it doesn’t even matter much for me, but c’mon, that’s just poor form. At least try to hide it a little, this way it’s just insulting.

UPDATE: Lowering my rating to two stars. If you’re going to give me 3 coins every single time for my bonus, stop making me pick from three boxes. It’s a waste of time. Also, I’m not doubling my bonus by watching an ad. 3 whole coins for up to 30 seconds of an ad is also a waste of time. Starting to understand that this whole game is a waste of time.

After playing this game for a while (the purchased version, not free) and really enjoying it, all of the levels disappeared except the first one. So I lost all of the progress I had made winning levels and there is only just one level to play. I thought maybe they changed the format, so that you couldn’t skip ahead and once I finished the first level again, others would appear. But I have finished all 80 games of the first level twice and nothing happens. So obviously there is a really bad glitch that deleted all of the game content except one level. So whenever it comes back I will have to win all of the levels again. Which is super frustrating because I’ve already had to do that once when my phone had to be reset since there was no way to login to keep my progress. I only have one game I play at a time, so I guess it’s time for to quit this one and find something new.

So i really like the game. The adds are super annoying, but i get and understand why they are there. Im just frustrated because for the life of me i can not figure out what all needs to be completed in order to get one of the trophies. I get you have to buy some of the levels and complete those for some. Not a huge fan of the needing to buy them, but you can do that with the coins you earn, so thats nice. The one i just cant seem to understand how to complete is the one called quest master. Ive been at 13 of the 15 tasks complete for almost a month now. I really wish it would tell you what you need to do or what you need to buy in order to proceed. Its getting to the point where i dont want to finish the levels i have, buy any new game packs, or even continue to play....

I’m giving this game 3 stars. It’s a fun game that definitely makes you think. Early levels are easy and then become very hard and then incredibly hard. There is apart of this game in laughable and very frustrating. Every day they provide new daily puzzles. After completing 3 out of the nine levels, 3 prizes come on screen and you select one to reveal your prize. (One prize has 10 coins, one has 5 coins, and one has 3 coins. I’ve had this game for many years and I have noticed a trend where 90% of the prizes are 3 coins. In the beginning it was funny to watch the algorithm the makers have implemented only allowing you to select the 3 coin prize. I thought this was just me and I just happen to be the unluckiest person in the world. I read a review from March of 2019 expressing this same exact concern. They recorded the last 90 prizes they selected and 86 of them were 3 coins. BlockTrianglepuzzle developers responded stating they would look into the problem and it is now November 21 and BlockTrianglepuzzle developers have done absolutely nothing to fix this problem. So my three star review will be for the 3 coins they constantly allow me to get.

I like the game, but there’s a problem with the daily bonus stats. I play the three daily puzzles, and always pick the middle prize, assuming that the placement of the numbers are random. I will say that in the last month I have received maybe one or two 5 stars and one or two 10 stars. The rest were 3 stars. So, out of 90 choices 86 were 3 stars.

In the last few days, I have got only 3 stars, and I noticed that 10 stars were us usually on the left. Today, I picked the middle prize in the triangle game and got 3 stars. I picked the left prize after finishing the square game and got ... 3 stars. I know that long runs are possible but over time each number should occur about one third of the time.

Please investigate your random number generator and fix.

July 11, 2020...I’ve been playing this game for about 6-7 months now & I really enjoy this game alot...I gave the review only 4 stars due to the fact that there were 2 recent updates, the 2nd of which was supposed to fix bugs...but now there’s a bug that tells me to update the game every time I open it to play, it’s the same message that popped up before the most recent update, even though there is no update available right now...so I think it’s safe to say getting That message is more than a minor bug that should be fixed asap...once that’s fixed I’ll be able to change/update my review to 5 stars...for those people that complain about so many games have too many ads, they need to realize that in order for game designers like BitMango to offer games to us for free, they need to make money from those ads in order to keep providing the free games available to people like me that can’t afford to keep paying for alot of the games & other apps I use, cuz can they add up quickly...so watchin some 20 or 30 second ads while I’m playing is not a big deal...thanks to BitMango & all the other game designers out there

Ok When I gotten BlockTrianglepuzzle I didn’t got a tour of it so I mean it’s a game and what do you even do with coins I’m confused 😐 Do you spend something with it is there a shop where you can spend your coins? Or is it like this already or there’s no shops around here that you CAN’T spend your coming nos with whoever is the creator of this game please fix it cause what are coins for. But at least it’s still a fun puzzle game 🧩!🙌🏼 I’m not mad or anything it’s just what do you even do with coins also I like games that you can spend your coins with..so can you please fix it just for no creator I’m not mean it’s just the coins I press every single button but it lead me to no shop so yea...creator if you reading this I’m not mean it’s just that I want a shop like you can upgrade something or buy something FIX IT PLEASE I WANT a shop hAVe a nIcE DAy eVeRyOne :D ..............

Taking off one star since there is no way to move up the Global leaderboard once 100% of the puzzles are complete. Also, last two hidden quests never appeared in my game. No way to achieve them. :-/

This is a fun, challenging, level-up game that is also relaxing to unwind my brain after stressful day. It takes thoughtful problem solving - not brainless random play as in some games.

I have accumulated 30,000 “free” coins without paying-for-play, ads running is the “price” for that. I don’t mind the delay in play while the ads run. Some are 5 seconds, some 10-15 seconds. Occasionally, they run the full 30 seconds.

The Levels graduate with skill level to solve the puzzles. I like that some are just plain fun with unique shapes. Others are more “open concept” requiring more problem solving. “Free hints” come randomly - and frequently enough to not be “stuck” for long or become frustrated.

I am trying to “conquer” the “Time Attacks” games. I do not completely understand the progression - or the scoring. Hoping there is opportunity for continued advancement - on the leaderboard , since I would like to continue playing the game - with continued goals!!

I have never experienced any of the “bugs” that others have experienced. Game plays consistently with very infrequent crashes.

Overall - great game. :-)

This game is just so relaxing and fun. I play it all the time and can’t seem to put my phone down. This is the best game so far that I downloaded and will always be. The vibrant colors are simply beautiful. I thought it would be a lame kids game and boy was I surprised when I started playing. Again I just can’t get enough. My kids love it too. I’m constantly finding them playing it. I often play it either when I’m doing laundry, cooking dinner, or just waiting in my car for my husband. When I’m upset or stressed I just start playing this and all my problems melt away. I was so glad when I found this game. If you are reading this and haven’t downloaded it yet I recommend it strongly. Easiest five stars ever!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I downloaded this while waiting at the doctor’s office. Are usually avoid these types of games, because they’re nothing but ads and are either exceptionally difficult after a few stages, or you have to end up paying for something in order to progress after a few stages. There are ads of course, but they are not as bad as most games! The puzzles are actually really fun, Not extremely difficult, somewhat challenging, and they do require you to think. But you’ll be through the first level rather quick and it helps past time in a really fun and speedy way! I have truly enjoyed BlockTrianglepuzzle in my downtime!

This game is great for adults and kids alike. It’s particularly excellent for building child cognitive skills! I play it with my 4-year-old (one of very few games suited for her age) and it helps her get used to pattern recognition and puzzle solving. I wouldn’t call it easy by any means (although some levels are simpler than others, which adds to the variety and keeps things interesting - testing my own skills too), but it also helps encourage patience and the “if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again” method. I give it 5 starts because of its versatility and also because it’s fun and challenging for all ages.

Fun time waster. Spend the 2 bucks and ditch the ads. Their removal makes the game much more enjoyable and lets you stay in the zone.

Edit: just wanted to update my comment with a note about their customer service and bug fix. After an update they pushed something broke whereby you would lose the placement of your shapes mid puzzle if you minimized BlockTrianglepuzzle to check on something by else (like respond to a text). I filed a bug report got a reply within a couple business days saying they will look into and within a month after the latest update that problem went away. So Kudos to the development team and keep up the good job. Upgrading my 4 stars to 5 stars.

I love this game and I play it all the time. It’s one of my favorites but the other day I saw that it needed to be updated. So I updated it but after it was done updating, I went back to the game and all the levels were gone. There was just the first level there which I had already done and all the other ones are gone. I’ve tried exiting BlockTrianglepuzzle and going back to it because I thought maybe it just froze for a second but when I went back it was still the same thing. So I don’t know if it was the update that made it do that or maybe it’s just my phone but I still want to finish the rest of the levels. So if you could let me know how to fix it or make a new update, that’d be great.

I really enjoy BlockTrianglepuzzle…I skipped levels and went to proficient to see if I could do that level and I could! I cleared the whole level!!! This game helps me clear my head and is actually an escape of sorts from my real world 😂…when playing this game I concentrate on working the puzzle and the rest of my world doesn’t exist…for a few minutes anyway 😉. Try the puzzles, you’ll really enjoy. There’s beginners to super expert and don’t get frustrated, if you’re working a puzzle and you can’t solve it, here’s a tip…clear it and start working it from the bottom…still can’t clear it? Go to an easier level and work one from there and then go back to the harder level, you’ll solve it…I promise you will 😊. Happy puzzling to you!

Ads aren’t a problem, it takes your mind off of things and allows it to focus on what’s right in front of you, and the levels seem endless!! Like, how’d you do it!? I love how the theme changes with the season and how there are so many bright colors, and it’s not just a block of one solid color (that gets annoying, so thank you very much). I also have a suggestion! Maybe you should be able to face real players in real time! You could give the players a hard puzzle and they have to race to finish it. If you win, you get maybe.. 20 coins? I don’t know— but if you lose, you get 5 coins just for trying and participating. That would be fun. Ever since I downloaded BlockTrianglepuzzle game, it had kept me entertained! The puzzles make you think and use your brain to the fullest. Though I do have one minor gripe with it; recently it has been freezing and crashing after playing an ad to help give a hint. It has started maybe a little over a week ago. It just freezes for maybe 10-15 seconds and then it plays like normal. Sometimes it just crashes or until you close BlockTrianglepuzzle and reopen it. It’s nothing too bad and I won’t rate the game down because of it, but it is something worth checking out. Other than that, this game is fun and addictive!

Saw the ad for this on another game and had to go to the Apple Store immediately and get it. Already finished the novice level and am ready for more. Yes, you watch an ad after each two puzzles, but the game is quick and very satisfying as you finish each one. Definitely my go to game for killing a quick few minutes.

Edit: went back and looked through the start menu. Saw how many levels there are, wow. Finally found the remove ad tab at the bottom of the store list and quickly paid the $1.99 to remove them. Absolutely worth it. I am going to enjoy playing this game for some time.
