When stuck there is no way to get help.

I totally agree with the other comments. Let me pay $1.99 and eliminate ads. The number of ads is ridiculous. I won’t be playing this game any more until this changes. The game is really fun so sad to say goodbye.
Update....I decided to give it one more whirl.....I get to play one hand then it goes to the war ad which takes longer than my turn. Then I get one turn followed with the exact same ad. And on and on it goes. I wouldn’t download the war app if it was the last one available. I hope the makers of this fun game wake up and smell the coffee.

I watch an ad to get a hint. It will not give me a hint. It used to. But last few months no hints. Will you fix that? Otherwise, deleting the game. Thank you

Even though I pass level 71. The game does not progress. It will not let me go past level 71. I have contacted customer support since March. I’m changing my review from a 4 to a 3. Bad customer service and game is stuck at level 71. Altho fun and challenging, deleting game.

I wish the developers of these less complicated and simply fun games would give the option to buy them instead of bombarding us with ads every few seconds!!! It is annoying and makes me not want to ever buy the games they are pushing!!! Oh and eventually I just delete them because the constant interruption of ads with no option to buy the game is overwhelming!!!

I really enjoy this game. It’s stimulating but not too arduous that it’s stressful. The ads are a bit much, but it’s free. It’s interesting how some people are so harsh with their comments. If the ads are too much for you just delete the game and quietly move on, don’t go all postal. IT’S. A. FREE. GAME. RELAX.

I have played this for a couple of months and enjoyed it so much!! I played it with my grandchild and we try to figure out the solution,

The game is really fun. However, the one problem is that when I watch an ad to get a free hint, it doesn’t give me the hint afterwards.

Just love trying to complete each level faster and faster.

I downloaded this game, completed level 1, then nothing else happened. The only button that did anything was the repeat level button. Tried closing and reopening the game several times with no change. Very disappointing.

I am deleting UnblockRedWood due to too many ads. Plus if you turn off the sound, music still plays at the end of every round.

I love this game, BUT it doesn’t work. The first game/level is all you can play. You can play that same game/level, which takes three moves to win, over and over. The game will not move to next level/game/board. That’s to bad because I used to play this game all the time!

The game looked fun but I played the tutorial level and got to what should have been the end and it just stayed stuck there—didn’t say I had won and didn’t progress to the next level or give any options.

Game does not move forward past level 1. Solve the puzzle and sit there. Forget anything challenging unless you wish to test your patience.

Just updated and even though the puzzle was completed, it won’t acknowledge it is done or move to the next level

I got up pretty high Keller-wise and then it just stopped loading. No more levels? So, I deleted it and started over...it just stopped working. I really enjoyed this game. Too bad. Deleting it again.

The only thing i HATE IN GAMES is ADS you MUST stop it but apart from Ads The game is pretty fun and challenging so thats a Three star!

The game doesn’t work. It’s first level is all you can play. Sure the game could have potential if the game creators fix it.

I’m giving this game 1 star because the sound setting doesn’t work, I personally don’t like my games to have sound and I turned the sound setting “off” but there’s still SOUND 🙄

that others charge for “skip” level hints. I’ve back to original block games

This game is actually amazing in my opinion and usually I”m pretty acceptable with advertising bug every 3 games, this is ridiculous. I installed it, too bad, it is an intelligent, captivating game.

Fun game at first but hints doesn’t work AT ALL. Sound turn off doesn’t work. Found similar games that are awesome & features work. Deleting this one.

I don’t mind short ads. Really enjoyed this game until I needed a hint. Watching video to get additional hint does not work. Really annoying.

i herd there is a lot of adds so i hope that is not true😳
so if there really is then i am gonna .....KILL THE GAME😡😠
