So, you all probably love this game, but not as much as me. I. LOVE. IT. No kidding. This game, as you probably know, has great graphics, soundtracks, even the characters are paw-some! They even gave every character a personality! Also, to all of those people saying the controls are broken, either you haven’t played very many mobile games or you don’t have enough storage space. Because these controls are simply purr-fect! And what’s all this talk about scams? This game has its flaws, yes, but it’s not THAT bad. The only thing I’d say is not very well-made is the whole coin-grinding when you reach the final chapter, but there are many coin-grinders out there, so…nothing to worry about! I personally think this game deserves every penny it gets. P.S to new players, ever wonder why it’s 9+ and the first game is not? I won’t spoil too much, but someone does die in the game…kinda sad, even if it’s just a pixelated kitty cat…
Update:I finally got the dictionary item. I was so happy that I was ready to beat the game in one day…until I found out I needed Brutus, which requires another 4000 coin item. Oof…

Looking through all the bad reviews just has me convinced y’all are bad at the game. Yeah it’s frustrating at times but that’s what makes it good, you can’t expect to play a game with so many levels and have them all be easy. It doesn’t take as long to grind for coins in s.s gear and to be honest I liked that part because I couldn’t just beat the game in a couple days. Level 7-7 is hard but it’s not impossible lol. The levels are all super entertaining and I love the graphics, characters, and music. I agree the ending could’ve been a little better considering the amount of work that was put into the storyline but the pictures were cute. Only thing I agree with everyone else criticizing the game is that yes, the dictionary is dumb and yes, it’s a little buggy at times. It’s not made by a huge company obviously it’ll have flaws!! It’s one of my favorite mobile games and it deserves more love not just complaints about how there’s an ad every time you die, just be better at the game!🤭

TL;DR: great game please get this, please. Support this team, show them our appreciation. You will enjoy this game if you like platformers with a slight challenge.

I adore the first Cat Tales, to the point that I continue to replay and 100% the game to this day.
I only just found out about this one not to long ago, and I’ve already played through most of the story. I’ve been going through some really rough times currently, in my mental state that is, and seeing these little purring pixels.. the ones I used to, and still do, make myself smile, it makes my day so much better.
If you want a way to brighten your day, this game is how, let me just list some of the reasons why it’s great:

The only question I have is that, well, in the first games, they were siblings, here, they don’t seem to know each other, and are called friends (which would make sense if this takes place as a prequel!!) The only thing that bugs me truly.. is the sibling thing, since the kittens appear to be the main character and another’s children. This doesn’t make the game worse, or take away from the experience, just something that caught my eye, and me being me, I’ve been wondering about it!

Before I begin, I would like to say that I actually REALLY enjoy this game. It is extremely fun and creative. I would DEFINITELY DOWNLOAD this if you haven’t already. However it has come to my attention of something in the game. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or a scam, but when you watch an ad to double your coins, it doesn’t actually double it! I’ve done the math, and it actually doesn’t add any coins at all. If you are the maker of this game, I would suggest you please fix this. I was lucky enough to notice it, but others may be watching random ads for absolutely no reason. Also, some of the items are just WAY too expensive in the game, which just leads to more of this situation. Don’t get me wrong, I REALLY love this game a lot, but it just made me really upset to see that all of that time and I’ve put into the game, I wasn’t getting what I thought I was. I may be overreacting, but I like to be very organized and plan out things, so it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, it’s a great game! It just needs a little fixing!

I don’t usually write reviews but when I played this game, I knew I had to.

I love how you can switch cats on the fly, something cat tales 1 didn’t let you do. The mechanic is so overused yet in this game it seems so original. All cats play pretty distinctly and have their own abilities. When I first picked up the game I thought it was going to be simple, joystick controls. When I loaded the first level, and saw the controls which are very hard to describe other than weird, I thought of deleting the game. But after the third level I had gotten used to it and the controls were pretty easy to understand. This is a game with unusual controls but nevertheless is easy to control. I’ve seen reviews with people saying the controls are broken, to them, I say try harder.

The soundtrack astonished me at first because I’ve never really played a mobile game with such a good soundtrack. So play this game for yourself and enjoy everything this game has to offer.

I love this game so much, it’s one of my favorite platformers ever! The controls do take a bit of time to get the hang of but once you do, it is CRAZY SATISFYING! All of the characters are super well developed and I admit I have cried a couple times during the story (you’ll see why if you play it!!) I do have a couple issues though, and one is: why is the pickup radius for coins so small underwater? It takes way too long to grab every coin in 3-2 because of this and it’s pretty annoying. Another thing is: when you get to magmar in world 6, you need the dictionary to go to the mine, but the dictionary costs 4000 coins! I have only just now collected the coins I need to get it by mining world 3 for hours. If there was some kind of coin bonus every time someone completed a world it would make it SO MUCH EASIER!! Other than that, it’s a great game that I love playing and will DEFINITELY eat up your time! Peace out :3

This is an AMAZING game and I have beaten it many times but I have found many glitches. One of them is in 5-6. I’m not entirely sure how this works but if you are Olli and you change to Alex then Alex will act like he’s in mud, and if you hit an enemy then you go super high in the air and then zap back. Also you can’t run during this glitch but if you change to a different cat you’re fine but if you change back Alex still has the weird glitch on. If you walk into the cave then Alex resets and you’re fine, but WHAT THE HECK. Another glitch is in 5-2 where if you have R-Kitty then if you run to the other side of the cave there is that big rock if you run at the wall then you will break the smaller block you can glitch through the wall allowing you to climb above the entire cave until you reach the entrance where you just meet an invisible wall.

This game is just as adorable as the first one with even more additions! I finished Super Cat Tales and was upset that I had no more to play, but behold! A sequel! This game is slightly more difficult than the last, with so many hidden passages. But who doesn’t love a challenge? This game even has a better plot (no offense to the original), (spoiler alert) you should prepare yourself however, a cat does end-up dying and I was upset for a few days. Despite all the awesomeness this game does have its challenges, like I said before. The coin grinding can get pretty annoying, it requires lots of patience. The bells are definitely harder to find, and/or get. Also be prepared to die quite a lot and redo levels. But other than that I would definitely recommend!!!!

This is a pretty good game but, there could be more to it. Like when you have to pay bells to get to a new level, that’s kind of annoying. I’m currently in the desert are and have to pay thirty bells which I guess is reasonable, but you can’t even buy them. In the end, it also had many good things about it. For example, the levels are unique and secret areas in some places like the bridge in the beginning and maybe some other areas. It’s a very cute design and, unlike other games has a good and unique story line where you can collect characters along the way. And I know that a lot of games collect characters but these are very unique with their own personalities. I know this was long but this is what you get when you have reviews. If you get to the end it might not have been the best idea to read this.

I have been trying to find a good game with quality and no scams. There’s too many crappy games out there with little guys (ya know with the blank circle head and the like four fingers and arms and legs that run and dance and stuff) that just run over obstacles or are idle games or are just plain cheap with all those dumb ads saying “I CANT BEAT IT” or judges your IQ. They are just trash and it’s hard to find quality games out here!!!
Then I stumbled across this MASTERPIECE. From like the first five minutes I knew “someone put effort and love and everything they have into this beauty” and “this is amazing” and “this person or people deserves a medal for this.”

Favorite game ever, always something new to find, FIVE STARS!

I know horrible is a strong word, but there’s a TERRIBLE glitch that LITERALLY prevents me from playing. Now what is this glitch? Well, at first I was like “woah, this is awesome!” Until I got to world 1 level 2. As soon as I unlock it it freezes and the only way to get it going is to power off but when I get back in it doesn’t save so I have to restart. And when I close it out and get back in it freezes the intro. I liked the first so I will stick to that, but this stays as a 1 star until it stops freezing. Edit: aight, it stopped freezing. Graphics are great too. I like how it involves ropes you can climb. My jaws literally dropped when I saw the tank XD overall, pretty cool.

Sooooo, playing super cat tales was a breeze! Sure it got hard (like the final level…) but none the less it was good. And then there’s the sequel. And it fun. But. I. HATE how’d much bells and coins you need to beat the game. Some issues are
1. The bell gates are a PAIN! Getting the bells required is kinda easy with the first world, as well as second. But the price DOUBLES when you get to world 3, and I only have 40 something bells. Unless you plan on paying 10 dollars, then your gonna be replaying levels like a 1 second video on repeat.
2. Coins are. everything. Not getting coins means your being left out on ALOT OF BELLZ. Andy it’s actually a pain. The best place to grind is 2-4, but if you do wanna do some grinding, 1-1 give you 26 coins if you double. Soo if you really wanna do that then I’m not stoping you.
3. Amy. Do I need to say more? I mean her side quest is insane. And no, it’s not a side quest like I said. She is the only one who can fit into small passages.
4. Items are the most important thing you need. You need the magic flute to get Brutus, witch his power to me is unknown cause I haven’t gotten that far.
And 5. Getting the bells. YOU ARE GONNA NEED AT LEAST 200 BELLZ OR LESS TO BEAT THAT GAME! Not really just guessing. Well see ya.

So I was trying safely exit SuperCatTales2 , so I backed out to the title screen and hit the settings icon, and it opened. I thought to myself ‘oh there’s the exit button, makes sense, it’s a power icon.’ I tapped it, and got a yes/no pop up, and the first lines were ‘are you sure you want to...?’ I didn’t read it because I made a safe assumption. Well, that’s not the exit button, that’s the memory reset button... Two worlds of progress, almost to had enough bells for world three—gone. I love everything else about the is game, but to me that minor detail is visually misleading. In a game with such simplistic design, everything else being very intuitive, I’m a bit confused as to why it doesn’t look like a file, a disk, or a book. All universal symbols for knowledge, memory or data.

Thoroughly enjoyed this game! I just finished the game not long ago and wish it kept on going! I love the gameplay and the story that goes with it. A lot of heart went into the development and it really shows. The worlds are beautiful as well as diverse and the characters are cute, one of the things I love is the backstory to each one and them having their own ability! Each level is creative with each world having their own type of enemies and characters I also enjoyed there being towns within each of the worlds. Overall this is a fantastic well put together and cute game with fun challenges that make you really push to get through! 10/10

If you love platform games then you should definitely try this game. Simple controls that can be learned with a little practice in the game which itself is challenging enough but not frustrating to the point of wanting to quit. Well, at least most of the time it’s not, and the graphics and music are great too. The items to purchase in game are also a great price for the amount that you pay for. But then again this isn’t a game that you need a lot of coins or power ups for which is what I like best about it. Basically, if you’re looking for a fun, simple game to play then this is the game for you.

Glad to see the new big update that includes the second chapter of the game. However, there are some glitches/bugs! In some of the previous levels, you could glitch up into the walls and run around up there (character was unable to be seen though...because they were in the walls). It wasn’t too big of a problem because I always managed to find a way back down. But in the new lava world (level 6-7, to be exact) there’s an area where when I jump (and I’m nowhere near the ceiling of the cave, by the way) whatever Cat I’m using ends up in the wall, where I can still run around but can’t find my way back down. Then, I’m forced to start the level over again. I can’t figure out how to get past this.

So much that I eventually decided to buy the ad free option because I play all the time. I am rather disappointed though now that I have to pay 50 coins to respawn if I die in a level now. I only wanted to get rid of ads between levels, not to get rid of ads all together.. it makes playing the game frustrating because I can’t save coins to buy things since I have to use coins to revive my character to get the coins. I really wish you would change this, as I would play the game way more if I was able to revive. Other then that it’s a wonderful game, great music and graphics, entertaining storyline, and adorable characters, I often recommend this game to friends and family of all ages.

This game is awesome I was expecting a fun playable game with at least buttons to push but I got nothing but horrible controls like why can’t their be some type of button for run, jump, dash? Like holding the run button for dash. It’s makes my fingers hurt from tapping so much the double tap doesn’t even work every time I tap two times for dash the cat stops I try again and it works like this game needs to step up their game, also running up walls takes too long I hold it and I’m dashing Then again and again and until it goes up, and there’s nothing you can do but hold the screen and let the cat go by itself and then the hold the screen again like it’s not even that much of a playable game it’s boring without more controls.. i dont know who came up with the ideas for these controls but it’s horrible 👎🤭

When you watch a video to get double the coins, it doesn't give you double. This is really frustrating after watching several videos to find out it was for nothing. Another thing is that it doesn't add up your total coin amount correctly. If I have 900 coins and play a level that gives me 100, it won't give me the full amount of 1,000 coins. It'll just give me something like 958 coins. I don't know if this is a bug but I hope it is. I get that your trying to make money and get people to purchase coins but false advertising isn't the way to do it. If it is a bug please fix it when possible.

Ok so where do I even start with it well first why would you make 1 block lava spinner jumps that if you don’t make them they would kick you out of the level it should just bring you back to the start of the jump. Also for some reason the controls on that level and that level only do not work I’ve never seen controls like this before and I like them it gives it a challenge but please optimize them when I try to make small adjustments quickly it puts me into run mode and hits an enemy then pushes you back right into the other enemy killing you and having to restart the whole level i like this game but why in the name of god would you make a level such as 7-7

This is.... wow. I don’t know where to start.

This game is amazing. It’s emotional. It’s beautiful. The story is so creative, and it’s hard to take in that it’s at an end. I know a sequel seems impossible, since there are no characters left, but it would be nice to have maybe a small game to play as the kittens when they went on there ‘adventure.’ Just imagine what they did to get there! I think it would also be nice to find out what happened to Riggs-(I haven’t finished myself.) And it would be nice to have a little backstory about how the tin army came to be. This franchise is one of those that no one wants to end; its just too fun, and creative! Please, make a small sequel.

This game is amazing. The story is pretty deep and memorable and the characters (cats) all have unique personalities. The gameplay itself is pretty good.
The setback to only be able to jump when running of a ledge is a bit annoying though. Especially for a platformer. Additionally, I will say that I have never wanted to throw my phone at the wall so much as when I get hit by an enemy and go flying into those GODFORSAKEN BATS. This game is brutal in that sense. With like half a second of damage immunity when you get hit, it makes boss battles (lord iridium) very very hard.
Also the ending was okay. With all of the story leading up to that point we got a kind of boring climax that left me with more questions than answers (y’all probably won’t notice, I just thought it was okay in my opinion)
