Not a very intuitive program, and it keeps crashing on my iPad Pro.
After using it for several weeks it became extremely unreliable. It duplicates entire attendance lists, it erases all the updates right after you took the time to update assistance, errors all over the place and while I was on a monthly subscription, it forced me to change to yearly (without eliminating the monthly one).
And to top it all off, I had typed a lengthy email to support detailing the issues one by one and before sending it, boom! It deleted my entire email.
It needs much more work before publishing this to the market. Shameful.
Why is it 2025 and nobody’s figured out an easy tracking app everybody that I’ve ever talked to just wants an app that has all the employees names and if they call out, you can put a mark on their name and then then you can effectively track their attendance. Why can’t anybody make AttendanceTracker please somebody figured out you’ll be the popular app for attendance
The tutorial that’s supposed to help has a link to a sample file that isn’t there anymore. I tried 6 different ways to format my list to import students and then I gave up.
I would have given AttendanceTracker a 5 star rating however when I went in this morning to put in my attendance I was greeted with an “update” that erased all of my attendance and said I had never registered. Just great...... now I have to go back and figure the 130 days of school we have completed.
Do you wish you didn’t have to go premium to add more than one class
I have yet to be able to see info across multiple devices, even though I was told I could as long as I was using the same AppleID for both (I am). The report option can offer more, like a time frame. I am sure I can, but have no clue how to add a student for one meeting. The settings, there are none, other than adding a passcode. Lastly, I can not see how to cxl paying for AttendanceTracker.
Nice App. Been searching for something to hold my training records. Would like a recurring feature added and more info on my students (address,etc)
It doesn’t give you a total count and you have to manually count even with reports.
This seems like a very useful app for educators. However my concern is…there has not been any updates in 4 years. Is there one coming anytime soon?
AttendanceTracker is exactly what I needed to supplement my school based attendance. We utilize school tools for class attendance but I needed something for electives and this is perfect. Great app Jarrod!

Simple, easy and definitely a must have for PE teachers and also great for me who has Co-Curricular Activities group, so it can be used for attendence taking for those groups too!👍🏻
