Close and restart the KickLabs app on iPhone
Update KickLabs app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KickLabs iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KickLabs on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KickLabs network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent KickLabs app issues:

Force Stop the KickLabs App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click KickLabs app. » click "Force Stop".

Update KickLabs to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KickLabs App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "KickLabs app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch KickLabs.

Fix KickLabs unable to contact server/ KickLabs internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click KickLabs » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got KickLabs » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KickLabs on android.
