I purchased Nautide for my andriod phone. I attemped to put in on my Windows 10 PC, and can't complete the task. Please send detailed instructions as to how to get Nautide to function on a windows 10 PC.
I purchased nuatide because I find all the information and features really helpful but the biggest feature, the TIDE has been incorrect at every venue in the south of England so far this year. Out by 40mins everytime! Why is this?
I purchased the Nautide Annual subscription package for the year and paid my cost with my credit card for the premium package with tides, fishing, etc. only less then three months ago. And my App is not working properly. I was able to see future tide charts, now I’m only getting today’s tides. I paid a cost to have it for the entire year!! So please fix it, and give me what I paid for. Please rectify this issue at once, the app is coming on and telling me again the cost for the year to purchase it again . Please make this right, or I will contact my credit card company. I need this app on my phone corrected and someone in your company to notify me that my App with Nautide has indeed been corrected for my full year subscription that would be intact until July 1, 2021. This app is a great app when it allows you to see information you were looking for. I simply want to know when High and low tide is so I know where to park my beach chair. Every time I open the app, the app change to the screen that asks you to purchase the extended version. There is an X to close this screen. Except it won’t close. There’s also a little bell Says don’t show the screen again, again, except nothing happens when you tap the screen. It stays frozen. There’s no way to close it. It’s so frustrating.

I was excited about the App finally coming out on phone and have waited a long time for this. I guess you are trying to pay back the development costs or something... but i have to say that paying for the data is just not worth it for me when you have all the data for free on your tides4fishing website.
Why pay for data when this information is free on the website. Most people have 4G now and you can get all the data online for free. Annual data won’t show things like barometric pressure or weather...
The ads are a bit irritating too. I accidentally click on it when I was in the office and a loud game popped up (not good)

I used the website all the time regularly, I was very excited when the app came out. I was then very disappointed to see I have to pay to gain access to the same information that’s free on the website (tides4fishing). This seems very poorly planned, for this reason I don’t use the app and instead go to where I can get the same information without paying. Pretty disappointing.
