I used it once for the 3 day trial but the scan was so blurry I couldn’t even use it. Then I can’t find how to cancel the trial and no one would help me. Deleted app took my credit card off iTunes, but sure enough one month later I had to put my card info into iTunes again and now I’m charged $50 for this worthless app. I have now sent another help ticket through their contact me tab on app so they can tell me how to cancel so I don’t get charged again!! I’m afraid to click on anything on ScannerVault because I don’t want to get stuck signing up for something I never wanted.

My family and I are shocked and appalled at ScannerVault, its developer, its support, and everything in between. The “free trial” prompted an automatic and unavoidable $50 charge, which made my father very happy. Then, it was impossible to reach the developers and their support staff and get to the bottom of this. Looking at other reviews, I did make one mistake: being utterly stupid enough to download ScannerVault. I cannot believe this was the first result for searching “pdf scanner” in ScannerVault Store. Before I noticed the charges, I also noted how difficult ScannerVault itself is to maneuver, so even if you are ok with paying $50 for this service, it’s lackluster and frustrating. Shame on everyone involved in the creation of this abomination of an app

I got ScannerVault for the simple tasking of converting photos of documents into a pdf. After paying almost $50 for the extra features to do this, ScannerVault wouldn’t even allow me to email or get access to the pdf outside of ScannerVault . When I emailed support to get help, they had no solutions for me to get my PDFs out of ScannerVault nor did they know how to process a refund. So now, $50 the poorer, I have moved on to other apps that actually work (and for free).

Don’t waste your time or money with ScannerVault - It’s a scam.

I’ve just begun to try out ScannerVault, but my initial impressions are this: 1) the image quality of the scanned document is so-so 2) the images didn’t automatically save in the order I scanned them but it was fairly simple to move them around 3) ScannerVault is quite user friendly, so I got started pretty quickly

I think overall ScannerVault is a quick and uncomplicated option for mobile document scanning, but it could use a few minor adjustments to streamline and make even better.

ScannerVault is simple to use with basic options. Nice being able to choose from taking a new pic to scan or just pulling from the gallery.
I’m not sure how it functions on a phone, but I was using on iPad Pro tablet 2017 version with iOS 12.1.1. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that on this pad it was a bit tricky using the camera function because the view was reversed when trying to center the document! If there was an added option to reverse the camera so document centering was easier I would give it 5 stars! I ended up just taking a picture and pulling from the gallery to simplify the task.
All in all worked very well for what I needed.

So initially I was looking to take a pic of a PDF I edited on my computer screen, but that was an absolute disaster. The picture camera isn’t the clearest thing I’ve ever seen. However, importing it from your phone is a much more convenient option that comes out crystal clear! Admittedly, I did have to download an entire other app to be able to edit the PDF, when it was done ScannerVault was surprisingly helpful in the rest of the process!

My husband usually scans necessary documents at work. He was out of town on business and my oldest son had to have his health forms scanned to school or he could not practice. I friend at the gym told me about ScannerVault . I installed the three free day trial, took a photo of his forms and like that was able to send them as a pdf.

ScannerVault is absolutely wonderful. I had to submit so many documents to receive my state benefits, and had no idea where to begin. I downloaded ScannerVault, and it was almost as if God himself was showing my how to scan snd send these documents.

Save countless hours by getting ScannerVault. I was about to drive back to the office when someone told me to download ScannerVault instead. So glad I did. Just hover over your document, confirm and send. I can’t believe how easy and accurate it is. Thanks for the great product !

I am a technological buffoon. That being said, I was able to navigate purchasing this at ScannerVault Store and adding it to my phone all by myself. Not bad for a boomer Luddite. The scanning part and the directions have been easy, and I would give you five stars. The problem is I don’t know if it will send yet because he asked me to write this review prior to seeing if every feature works correctly. But so far so good.

I love the fact you can while on the go at work beach shopping it’s cool and so amazing what you can do on your cell phone now no waiting on line paying ridiculous fees thank you for ScannerVault will definitely recommend to anyone.

Had my first 8 page scan complete in under 5 minutes after install completed, including adjusting the scan quality. It’s really easy to use and the scan quality was very high on a conversion from pic to pdf.

ScannerVault is great! Super user friendly and easy to navigate. Once you scan something you have the option to lighten or darken how you want which was awesome! I used ScannerVault to create PDFs during my home buying process super easy and quick!

ScannerVault has been wonderful in scanning pictures of my written homework for my college math course and converting them into documents so my teacher can grade them. It’s has saved me a ton of time, money, and energy. I love how I can still write my math work with pencil and paper thanks to ScannerVault!

It’s as easy as lining up your phone to the page to scan. The software takes the image and lets you edit it or continue. I was able to scan and send multiple pages in seconds.

ScannerVault had been super helpful for me when I’m on the go and do not have access to my laptop or a WiFi network. I’ve used ScannerVault for help with my last two jobs in response dinner to emails and attaching documents on the go. 10/10 would recommend

I love this new app! It’s better than CamSam because it detects the document for you and you don’t have to adjust to have the full
Document show. Also, there is a flash feature to use that is easy and helps get rid of shadows when taking the picture of a document.

This world is so geared towards everything electronic nowadays especially communication. ScannerVault has been a lifesaver for identity verification for almost everything I do now. There’s s small learning curve but it s easy enough to find my way. It’s also an enjoyable experience. Good app to have just in case.

I have a Canon PIXMA wireless printer/scanner and this scanner app worked way better than that printer ever has and it’s a lot faster too. Would recommend to anyone needing to quickly scan documents. It literally took less than 10 seconds to scan with my iPhone 8 Plus. This will definitely be my go to scanner from here on out.

I don’t think I could possibly describe an easier way to scan something to someone. You literally take pictures of the document, it converts it into a printed black-and-white PDF, and then allows you to email it to anyone. I would recommend this easily to anybody for day-to-day or professional use.

I got the premium free trial so I could send some documents to my doctor in a pinch. However, after taking the pictures (which was incredibly hard to do I might add) ScannerVault continuously gave the pop up that sharing and saving is only for premium users (which I already had subscribed to). Not to mention, what type of scanning app charges $50 to turn a document into pdf? What good is scanning if you can’t do anything with the scan? Horrible app imo, look for a different scanner.

If you don’t want to get automatically charged $50 through the iTunes Store after the 3 day trial, you have to unsubscribe through iTunes Store. I had no idea that was how to do it and I didn’t know I would be charged automatically. Customer service said I have to refund through Apple and Apple won’t refund it. Angry I have to pay $50 for an app I used once and deleted the same day. Also the trial price of $50 is MORE than the regular subscription, how does that make sense???

I saw good ratings and it did have a future to capturing the borders of a document. However I can’t get ScannerVault to export proper in an email in a recognizable pdf format.
I found another app for four bucks which works fine and exports right to the Google drive. Trying to get my money back I don’t know if this is a scam or what.
Pro for 30 bucks it was very odd I also noted there’s a three day trial with $50 there after? Are they trying to take advantage of people who forget to cancel in three days. Do not download this.

Downloaded app to submit my documents via email in a professional form. Upon uploading my documents to ScannerVault , I selected option to email documents. I then received a pop up alert in ScannerVault stating that in order to use this service I needed to submit a review to use the service for free. I submitted a review and when I retired to ScannerVault , he service actually was $69 for the year. ScannerVault played my life for a good review and did not uphold the devices promised. Don’t waste your time or money, find a different app!

Would not recommend for longer documents, but works well at identifying text and creating clear images 90% of the time.

One of the biggest issues with ScannerVault is that it randomly orders the pages sometimes, and if you use flash, it remains on after closing the scanner window.

ScannerVault is good. Let’s you scan multiple docs. Only problem is it switches the order in which you scanned them and won’t let you put them in the correct order. I’m using the free version, so maybe that change feature is available in premium.

ScannerVault is great! I can easily take a picture of a document I want to turn into a pdf and it’s so clear and easy to read! Saves me a lot of time when compared to having to scan all my documents onto a computer.

I haven’t had ScannerVault for long, just downloaded it to scan some business paperwork. I’m hoping the whole “unlock these features for free” isn’t a gimmick that they’re then going to use to charge me. But so far, so good.

ScannerVault got me out of a jam when I needed to scan copies of documents and turn them into PDF files while I was mobile. I recommend it to anybody who needs an app for this purpose.
