The app's been charging me $1.99 twice a month for the past four or five months I cannot get in touch with anybody this is ridiculous

I downloaded the app excited for all the content and for the upcoming trailer park boys: jail and I logged in with my account and went to buy a subscription and paid $20 for a years worth and the app crashed after submitting and confirming my payment through apple, after relaunching the app it told me I needed to buy a subscription to access the content, I went to restore purchase and the app would crash and freeze trying to restore purchases

I hate giving the boys low stars so I’ll change it when the app works. First came out I subscribed and it wouldn’t let me watch anything. Then after a couple days i could use it for about two days and now again I can’t use it because it’s saying I need to renew my subscription which I already paid for a week ago lol. I’m sure it just needs bugs worked out. But I have contacted using the contact link on the app and I never hear anything back. Probably has Jacob and Cory doing the app which is why it’s a bit fd. Otherwise when the app did work for me for two days it was great
They got rid of PiP for some reason

The only reason I am giving this app 4 stars is because picture in picture mode is discontinued. I tried everything; restarting the phone removing and reinstalling the app-heck I sent their technical support a ticket and could not get an answer. Otherwise the boys and the content are awesome.
