This is the wrong game for you, if you’re someone who likes to spend a little money on a game. You will probably receive the items that you purchase from the store, but you most certainly will not receive any bonuses or promotions. Customer service is the worst I’ve seen in any game. They offer absolutely nothing in compensation for promotions that are clearly advertised on the company‘s Facebook page. This is a very disorganized company, with a little interest in supporting the game, and no intention to follow through On the delivery of promised bonus items (rewards for spending a certain amount of money, or buying different packages). If you are free to play - 100%, then you can have a little fun in this game up to HQ level 13 or so. After that upgrades become so expensive that you’ll struggle to have enough resources. The base itself barely provides anything, And mining gives barely enough to cover some minor ship and plane repairs.
Also very toxic environment. People attack for no resource gain. You don’t stand a chance unless you’re Korean. Korean company and majority of players. Now we have some random tax that takes 30%-50% of what your base produces. Seems like the ultimate money grab. Game isn’t making enough money, so invent some tax to make you spend more.

After playing this game for some time now, and spending a good amount of real money....Im changing my 5 star review. My advice is don’t download this game. This is a “ forced play” situation game. If you take some time off and dont sign in, they destroy everything you built. This is the second time my alliance has been disbanded and all assets that took months to acquire have vanished. After the first time, I rebuilt from nothing.... And it just happened again. I dont join the big asian guilds and fight the world wars,,,, Im retired navy.... and I just play with my two grandkids,,
We are our own alliance. Period. The kids dont live with me...so there are times we don’t sign on for a few days. Our bases got bumped a few times requiring gold to move it back to the group, but... if no one signs in for several days the developers destroy everything you had build. They force you to sign in, if you dont they punish you. Im done. I have never seen a game treat its audience like this.

It’s been nearly 2 weeks since 5 of my best ships, 3 of my best jets and 2200 IFV went out on deployment during city conquest and they never returned. They show as being deployed when I have no active deployments. I’ve sent in tickets to JoyCity and all I get is a response saying it’s been handed to a development team (2 weeks ago) and still no reply or updates. After reaching out to them the other day they politely asked that I send in no more tickets and continue to wait patiently. I’ve spent over $1000 on this game and it’s a shame to be treated like this, to be completely ignored. If you read the most critical reviews on this game you will see that I am not the only one with this problem. So, if you do play that’s cool and you will have fun. But if you dump money in this game, be prepared to loose what you’ve paid into.
