Worst technology

I had Vivant at another apartment and it was a million times better than LittleBird. LittleBird app is literally the most frustrating app. Such a waste of money, I hope I never live at an apartment complex with it again. They are far behind other competitors.
Worst family app ever

After updating, app would log out your account, and you forget your password. However, their system does not send any email even you click forgot password.
Glitchy and Annoying

LittleBirdLiving almost never works to scan me into the building and is constantly logging me out. Extremely annoying.
Sorta limited.

I donβt understand. Are used to have butterfly MX, and could open the gate by just saying open the gate on Siri. Now I got to pull out my smart phone every time Iβm at the gate. Just seems not very useful.
