11 months agoI have made two purchase from R-Pur which were never received. Despite submitting multiple requests via email and the "contact us" form on the website, I still was unable to get feedback on the status of my order. I am now working through two credit card companies to dispute the charges. I do not recommend ordering from this company if you are based in North America.

Lack of functionalities
Soon r-pur will sell 3 types of filters, however the application manage only one filter at a time. This is very inconvenient for people like me who owns a Nano One and Light. Also, I don't know where you get the AQI info but when your app says 20 I have in fact 13 from my AirVisual monitor. The difference is pretty big and not accurate at all.
