I have asked for these people to cancel whatever membership they put me and they charged another $29.99 on my credit card right now. The app doesn’t have any option where to contact them to get the refund. I’m reaching out to my credit card company to handle it.
Yes you people took money out of my account when you were not authorized to. And I had already canceled your subscription before my free trial ran out. I want my money back and this isn’t supposed to be a comment. This is supposed to be contacting customer service. But you thieves clearly have no phone number to contact customer service go figure.
Wrong information not trustworthy

I have studied astrology for years and have had many readings. This app said my ascendant sign was a Capricorn not Taurus which is incorrect. There is no way to update this information. When I reached out no one responded. Terrible they charge for this and they don’t even give you the basic information. Cross check your information on other sites they’re are plenty of them out there for free and credible.

This app is so not fair!!! I was signed up on a kid’s account and now I have to get my parents permission to sign up for the app. I only wanted to see if I was a good match with my crush for fun but now all that made me is mad. I do not recommend this app to any one. One more thing that is super annoying is that you have to pay $4.99 a week. They do have a free trial but it does not give you any of the results that you would want!! Do not get this app it is a waste to time, storage, and space!!!!

Don’t waist your time I asked simple questions that any astrologers could answer and all three questions I ask she told me she couldn’t answer them and I needed to seek financial support for my money future question and for my relationship question she told me to seek support for my safety WTH!!! I had to laugh but seriously don’t move in to more serious apps! Unless you want some entertainment
