It doesn’t keep an accurate balance on your account. Can take several days sometimes for things to post. I have to constantly check atms to have an accurate balance. It’s extremely frustrating I don’t recommend this app.
Everything about this bank is super basic.

Very inconvenient and not Consumer centered. They do not do business with major apps like Zelle & CashApp . Very antiquated approach to modern banking. Poor customer service across the board due do poor communication and many in management do not have growth mindset. I’ll plan on leaving in the near future.

Ever since the camera was updated I get bounced off the app often while depositing checks. Sometimes a check has to be entered 2 or 3 times; this didn’t happen previously.
