I bought VIP for 3 months but after a couple days, it took away my VIP
I bought VIP for 3 months for 6.99. The first couple of days I was able to watch like a VIP but there not available for what movie i wanted to, i thought my internet got problems but then when I tried to watch the next day, it show me that i couldnt watch like VIP anymore. Not only did they not tell me there was a max watch limit, but they took away my VIP before I even reached that max watch limit. On top of all that, I can't get a refund for it. Money wasted. I downloaded VieON to watch Vietnamese movie. i just purchase the all access packet per 1 month. They didn’t let me watch vietnamese channel like VTV. It’s not even 1 month jet , but they said VieON isn’t available in my country, why don’t you say it before i purchased?

I paid for VIP package but I still can't watch any movies. If it cannot work in the U.S., you shouldn't charge fee for VIP package. I didn't see in the policy or warning that you cannot watch it in the U.S. How can I get my money back??

It kept saying VieON isn’t working and gave me a phone number to call however the phone number doesn’t work either

I have paid VIP account fee for 3 months. However, when starting to watch the movie, I get a notification that the content is not available for your country. I paid but can't use VieON .

I do not know why i can watch any films also tv show on VieON. I had already checked my internet but nothing happens but watching movies. It’s always loading like never stop, wasting time and battery. Im living in US now, im wondering that’s reason why VieON doesn’t allow me accessing

Most of contents are not available. What’s the point of buying VIP the membership? If copyright or issues with country specific then let the customer know before purchasing.

I downloaded VieON and paid for the Global membership, a month later, they still charged me for the membership but I can’t watch the next episode of the series we have been watching. Happened to both tv and phone, slow and buggy app.

I got a message that VieON is not fully supported in America, a place I am living after I purchase a 12-month vip package for all this app channels. If there is a limitation, it should have alerted at the beginning before I decided to purchase. I already messaged you guys and awaiting your solution. I am really getting frustrated with you guys.

I mainly subscribed for watching K drama but it didn’t work. Didn’t see it stated that before I made a purchase. Ok, even the Vietnamese contents stopped working. It kept asking me to upgrade my plan, even I paid for VIP plan. Working with Apple to refund my money didn’t work either. So if anybody in the US, don’t buy VieON.

They sell this product but I can’t watch even one movies thought I have tried 50 ones. It’s all said ‘this is not available in your country”.

Data stream is slow; stuck most of the time.
So frustrated during a show/movies.
Most of the materials are not available in my area.
Please help improve. Thank you.

It prompted me to buy a VIP package $2.99 via Apple Pay and after I paid I couldn’t view anything on my iOS devices. It said VieON not supported in your country!! Then shouldn’t have sold me the package! I emailed them, they sent me some instructions to request for refund but it didn’t work. So I canceled subscription and lost $2.99. VieON would be good for entertainment if it works.

I paid for 3 months subscription, which will end by end of February 2024. However, by early Jan. VieON already prompt me to get a new subscription.

There is a casting icon in the video. When you click on it, it give you the casting link to your chromecast but when you cast it. Nothing happen, your TV just show this app and nothing play on it.

$4.99/month for it to be on maintenance every time I open it???
Mind you I open VieON at different times.

Is there a fee when signing up for VIP?

Just downloaded VieON for my mom to watch Korean. Not sure if they have any fee in the future but just creat the account. Keep it up guys. Thank you
