We constantly get good food when we can get it but EastBayDeli sometimes places multiple orders and sometimes refuses to place any order. I usually have to order via DoorDash. But the unfortunate thing about that is that app doesn’t allow the same sandwich customizations. I try to contact the company through their app and it gives an error and no other ways to reach out to them.

Some days it works and other days it doesn’t so you have to cancel the order and redo it to try a new card that declines too. Easier going to McDonald’s than this headache

I wish EastBayDeli would let you order ahead of time - like hours or even the day before. When placing an order, you don’t have a choice when you want to pick it up. You have to go with the time they give you on EastBayDeli .
