I finished the challenge but received wrong coins. They don’t fix the problem. I was Supposed to get 3 billion but didn’t. Always taking coins from players and never a proper payout. You complain and still never fixed. They charge your card double and when you complain they harass you telling you it’s I tunes fault. Yet they receive their money no problem. It’s sad. If you complain they get mad at YOU. Tell you just because you don’t like the outcome doesn’t make you right. Very poor customer relations indeed. Now I need to enter a nickname all is taken. I have played this game for many years and really enjoyed it. But this latest update has sucked all the fun right out of my favorite app. The screen is cluttered with two many things! Now my daily spins gives me less coins! Also the first slot game I ever played and has remained my favorite is gone! I wish I knew how to get back to where I was before the update! I would prob pay money to go back because this was a go to game that was relaxing, fun, cool graphics, easy to navigate with lots of variety game! Now it is confusing, cluttered, and lacks the ease it once had! Just saying!

I have played this game for many years in this game has had it’s ups and downs.
When It changed ownership things changed, some better, some worse.
I hadn’t played for a while and when I came back I found four slots I had paid for, supposedly giving me these slots with no expiration date, were now gone from my slots and now I need to reach level 400 something to get them back. I have brought it to their attention numerous times and the only reply I did get was since they updated JackpotMadnessSlotsCasino some slots were not available anymore, but only one was in that category and I explained it but it seemingly fell on deaf ears. The problem was not only not corrected, but I didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply.
Customer service seems severely lacking, and losing those 4 games has made it rather boring, on top of feeling cheated and ignored

Since their update it has been awful. They took away the best games, I lost all my stuff on the games you have to fill stuff on. It is horrible to navigate and the wins are even worse than before. So many people are upset with this latest update, it ruined the whole playing experience. People are leaving quickly, they are losing people faster than they can get new players. Their prices are going to be jacked up high soon and wins will be even less. Most people update to make improvements, these idiots updated to make it worse… who does that?

To find music crackly on some games, but was pleasantly surprised on new daily spins etc...the game updated today and now it crashes, 20mil in coins spent just hit bonus and poof white screen with just the home bar showing - the only way to get game back is completely shut it down and reload ( bonus did not reappear as it did once before) I have latest iPad, up to date software and oodles of memory...no reason to release flawed update!
Going back to my other games - at least the money I spend there they put it towards a Flawless app!!

I have been playing this game for a long time. Level 776. There have been too many changes recently. First they make you watch videos to get your free coins, and they only give you free coins half the time. In the past if a video played it went right back to the game. Now you have to wait a long time, press done wait another 5 seconds than you can exit out and only maybe get coins. Free games and mega wins are few and far between and epic wins only count maybe one out of five times.

I used to love this game! But I realized that if you have A LOT of coins, you will not win anymore to get ahead. I’ve played almost every game one day and won zip. I feel like I’m just treading water, either I lose millions playing one game, and they’ll throw you a few crumbs, or don’t play because it’s not fun anymore. I’ve also lost millions on the games that have little circles on each side, to lower the bet,NOT by the spin button and every time I play those type I’ll lose the max bet. I’ve complained about this already but to no avail!! The new games are set up better for choosing you bet. I’ll play here and there, but until they fix these bugs, I’m not too interested in playing.

Love this game it’s great no ads popping up constantly the winnings are great but not overwhelming stupid I’m not much on slot games I really don’t like them but I’m loving this one it kept me up all night playing great game no complaints until I got to the Chinese trail then I’ve gotten almost to the end and now I’m broke the last couple of games didn’t win hardly nothing but you have to complete to move on I lost billions like 800 billion on two games I wish I hadn’t even played other than this you would’ve got a 5 rating I don’t even mind the prices to buy coins

I wrote a scathing review 2 days ago which somehow disappeared regarding 99% loss on specific time periods and I wanted to upmarket that review. I’ve noticed that my theory based on little data was not the case. I purchased another bundle specifically prove my theory however I proved just the opposite. I played this game as well as two others on what I thought were programmatic changes due to higher user base playing however I found that this game actually produced more and much bigger wins than the others. I have to admit that I was wrong and actually found myself playing off of this games coins as opposed to the others where I played off my purchased coins within minutes or an hour or two in some cases. For that I must apologize to the game developers and owner. I’m convinced for the most part that jackpotjoy produces more and much larger jackpots on a much more frequent basis.
The next best thing would be dropping much more cash into a real slot with very little pay out.
For entertainment outside of Vegas I will continue using jackpotjoy.

Fairly new, I’ve kept JackpotMadnessSlotsCasino. longer than most because I’m very particular. My personal favorite casino app. I’ve kept for years, and have been on the search for a second one, just as long. Love the game variety, graphics are good, nice amount of free coins to play, and I enjoy having the reasonable challenges to fulfill. Really, for me, the only reason I may delete it; is because in between MEGA wins the games are slow, which becomes boring. A few more glitz and glory, and this would be what I’ve been looking for!

I love the game but have had several issues when making coin purchases such as free spins not issued or the wrong amount for the spins. Also the games do not hit much at all when making coin purchases. I barely get three of a kind and no bonuses. That I am sure is to make you spend more money. It seems like you should give some free coins more than one spin worth to players especially when they purchase coins frequently. The games are fun I have a few that are favorites, and I play everyday. Free coins and bonuses in my favorite games and to be able to hit three of a kind or a bonus after coins purchase would make me happy. This game is really starting to irritate me the more coins I purchase the less I win. When you finally get a bonus after days and win zero points this is a rip off. It is unfortunate the games are really fun. But unless I start winning I will stop purchasing coins.

There are a lot of good games on the platform, but this one stands out because it differs from others. The betting with bonus side bets is interesting. One of the things I dislike is the lack of transfer of assets between games. I was playing another game when they encouraged me to load another game. I did that, but had to start over to build coins. I know these games are put up the the intended result being the sale of more and more coins. I enjoy playing the games, and quite frankly I would like see a developer put up an option to pay for a game up front that does away with the constant solicitation popups.

However, it is disheartening how you can have a very high score and amount of money and you look away or go back to your game and you’ve change the amount so it your money disappears. I think that is unfair. Just today I dropped from almost 800,000,000 down to 38 thousand . without even realizing it. Last week I actually had billions and lost it in the same manner. Exactly right and you’re never sure when you’re buying money if you’re actually going to get that amount. I think that’s pretty unfair. I mean in the casino the house always wins. But we’re not actually getting back money that we’re putting into it. And when you’re playing along with big money that you won, And then the amount is changed, it’s not fair

I enjoy playing most of the games but I have a few favorites. Right now my favorite is Spartan Gold...pays really good!

However, I was very disappointed when 2 of my very favorite games were removed. Funny, they were favorites and I can’t remember their names. One was with the white bear, brown bear, and black bear. The other was like a rain forest...had butterflies, frogs, yellow snake, red parrot and orangutan! Please please see about getting them back!

I’ve been playing this game for many years, and it always delights. I don’t bet huge amounts, so I don’t often get monumental wins, but I have gradually built up my stake to billions of credits. Meanwhile, over the years, while I’ve tried dozens of other slots games, I’ve lost interest in them. They were too easy, too complicated, or didn’t add enough changes. Take it from me, this one’s the game to play!

I am loving this site . Just hate when you finally get a bonus and it says better luck next time! Them one time I had a lot of coins and had it on auto spin came back and the bet had changed and almost all of my coins were gone . Overall good site .

I love this game,,, I think some lose money because the bet goes way up when you change screens and people don’t realize it and think it took all their money. When the bet goes way up it takes it quick and I don’t think people realize it.. watch always what you bet. I have been playing Jackpotjoy Slots for close to 20 years....believe it or not....and it is still my favorite go to game! Even with the recent changes It it Still my Favorite. I have downloaded and played MANY other games but I Never get rid of this one and keep coming back to it. I think thr payouts are fair......sometimes you wim, sometimes you lose.....but with a little patience....spin the wheel a few days and build your money. back up quickly...there you are playing again. I’ve been playing this game forever (I’d guess nearly 10 years). I’ve always loved the variety of games, generous pay outs, and bonuses. Recently they updated it and it’s better than ever. Unlike many slot games this doesn’t cost me money. If I wanted to buy coins they are far more reasonable than all the other slot games I’ve tried. Give it a try!
