I have played this game for many years in this game has had it’s ups and downs.
When It changed ownership things changed, some better, some worse.
I hadn’t played for a while and when I came back I found four slots I had paid for, supposedly giving me these slots with no expiration date, were now gone from my slots and now I need to reach level 400 something to get them back. I have brought it to their attention numerous times and the only reply I did get was since they updated the app some slots were not available anymore, but only one was in that category and I explained it but it seemingly fell on deaf ears. The problem was not only not corrected, but I didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply.
Customer service seems severely lacking, and losing those 4 games has made it rather boring, on top of feeling cheated and ignored

Since their update it has been awful. They took away the best games, I lost all my stuff on the games you have to fill stuff on. It is horrible to navigate and the wins are even worse than before. So many people are upset with this latest update, it ruined the whole playing experience. People are leaving quickly, they are losing people faster than they can get new players. Their prices are going to be jacked up high soon and wins will be even less. Most people update to make improvements, these idiots updated to make it worse… who does that?

I have played this game for many years and really enjoyed it. But this latest update has sucked all the fun right out of my favorite app. The screen is cluttered with two many things! Now my daily spins gives me less coins! Also the first slot game I ever played and has remained my favorite is gone! I wish I knew how to get back to where I was before the update! I would prob pay money to go back because this was a go to game that was relaxing, fun, cool graphics, easy to navigate with lots of variety game! Now it is confusing, cluttered, and lacks the ease it once had! Just saying!
