Beyond awful

If this is a taxi service, then the moon is made out of cheese.
The service didn’t work at my hotel in Hawana. When I hailed a car, the driver would call and ask for a rate higher than what is written on the app. Then when I asked him to honor the price on the app, he would simply cancel. And when I finally did hail a taxi, the driver wouldn’t follow the map on the app.
Only use this app if you want a good laugh or need to be irritated.
App is not working

After the last update, the app just logged out of my account and now won't send SMS to my phone. It's impossible to log back in, and reaching support is unrealistic. Moreover, many of my acquaintances are facing the same issue.
