New App?

Not really sure what the reason was for this new version to come out, really miss the old app. However, I really appreciate the screenshot option to restore my previous yearly subscription. Really love these presets. One thing I would like to point out is why the creators of PresetsFilters felt the need to discontinue the selecting 9 photos at a time to apply the presets. It’s really a hassle to select 1 photo at a time now and apply the preset... and so much more time consuming!

Love it, but wish more filters were free!

I love using PresetsFilters for filters because they are so cute! I just wish that you didn’t have to have a membership to access more filters.

Paid for app not getting!

When PresetsFilters is working, I love it. Now for at least the second time if not the third, PresetsFilters is “no longer available” and I am required to redownload it. It is notoriously glitch all the time which I suspect is why the makers have to do huge updates. When this happens it gets rid of all my favorites. Now I have no assess to any of the pro settings that I have previously purchases and had available! It thinks I am a free version. This needs to stop happening. Not sure how to fix this.

Can’t verify purchase?

So, got the one-time deal and worked great! Until I got a new phone and when clicking on PresetsFilters it says “no longer there” Had to download new version from App Store and now can’t restore my already purchased account. Went to purchase history and it’s gone!! I know exactly when I bought it and no trace of it in history…frustrating ~

The app is slow

Everytime you click a button, it takes a long time to go the thing you wanna go to. Say I saved a photo and wanted to go back to the filters, and I clicked the back button.. it takes forever sometimes just to get back to that screen. But other than that, it’s my favorite filter app. That’s just my only issue

THE BEST PRESETS APP

I have used several applications and I don't think there is a better and more complete application than Koloro. I use PresetsFilters for years and I love it every day more ( I love that they included removing objects) In short, I highly recommend it..

Yo uso esta aplicacion por años y me considero adicta a apps pero no e tenido una como esta. Amo que añadieron la opcion de remover objetos. La amo y la super recomiendo ❤️

Purchase not restoring

I had PresetsFilters installed in my phone and then it hot offloaded as I didn’t use it for a few days. When I tried reinstalling it said “Application not available in app store”. I manually searched and installed the new version. Now the problem is I had the Life time VIP and when I try restoring PresetsFilters saying its restored but it’s actually not. I’m not able to apply any of the VIP filters. Can someone help?

Super bummed..

I had purchased unlimited lifetime earlier this year. I had glitches restoring after I got a new phone but I had liked PresetsFilters enough I decided to purchase the lifetime AGAIN. That was a mistake. The new version doesn’t save the photo as it was edited. It is washed out and desaturated when you go to save. Koloro, please fix this and if possible refund me for having bought the product twice.

Paid for previous app

I paid for the previous app and it no longer works. I contacts customer service and never received a response. I’m annoyed that I now have to purchase PresetsFilters all over again.

new update

i deleted PresetsFilters and then re-downloaded it, when i got it the second time it seemed like a completely new app. the new update has different, worse, filters and you can’t erase things on it. if i had known it would have automatically updated i would not have deleted PresetsFilters . i want the old version back.

Koloro filters

For those like me who previously purchased PresetsFilters for a one-time fee, there is the ability to restore (send screenshot of proof of purchase from App Store). Thank you to the developer for this option. Koloro used to be the best Instagram-style filter app ever. However, on the new iPad Pro it’s buggy and very slow! Hopefully these problems will be ironed out, as the filters are excellent and Lightroom-inspired. All for a one-time fee.
