This app has not opened for me in over a month showing and error message that states, “We apologize for the inconvenience but the Service is currently unavailable, please try again later.” I have the most updated version.

When it did open, it constantly had a pop-up about an “easier experience” that reappeared every time I changed to a different page. I couldn’t make it stop, and it was obnoxious when I was trying to handle my bill.

Terrible, you’re better off dealing with the website.

Can’t pay my bill. Every time I put my card information in it goes blank. No matter how many times I try it goes to the same result. It’s a shame a utility company charges money to take a payment
