I have a problem with AVR X

No current problems

- Some users have reported difficulty understanding or using the app

- Test recordings have shown 0:00 length and playback errors

- No convenient way to copy files onto a Windows 10 PC

- Request for a stealth voice recorder feature may not be relevant to the app's current features and performance.

To resolve AVR X network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the AVR X App
1. On android, goto Settings » AVR X » click [Force Stop]

Clear AVR X App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AVR X » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AVR X.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AVR X » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AVR X » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AVR X
