HORRIBLE COMPANY. And still haven’t pay me.. I’d be careful working for this company because they requested For me to hire an accountant to send them an invoice to OPPIZI US for a mistake they did in not being ready for my shift (which wasn’t my fault it was their employees) for 40$.. and it seems like if I don’t do that they won’t pay me. Please, like is 40$ is worth finding an accountant to send them an invoice.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Your 1st paycheck will be received in the 3rd week but only for the 1st week’s worth of work. The communication is next to nonexistent so no one will be straight upfront with you about when you will receive your pay or what work you will be getting paid for. So keep this in mind because you may find yourself constantly strapped for cash. In the 4th week you SHOULD receive your 2nd week’s pay. I say SHOULD, because WITHOUT NOTICE they are holding my money & not contacting me! I have to reach out to the US Coordinator EVERYDAY to stay updated and find out what is going on. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had the opportunity to meet very talented, wonderful people while working for this company, but the Owner is a shiesty individual who will try to swindle workers out of their rightfully earned wages. He has offered incentives such as bonuses/commission for signing people up, but when it comes time for payout he simply does not honor them. The company creates their own invoices to pay their workers, yet they miss their own due dates to make payments. The Owner tries to be a Boss and IS NOT A LEADER. He simply throws all the work and management on to one or two person’s shoulders to handle the operations and when things go great he reaps the benefits. When things go wrong, he blames everyone else. I’ve been in contact with the higher ups for so long now that they tell me people in the higher positions are leaving left and right because of the owner’s attitude and deception. I’ve also heard that people all over the country are GOING ON STRIKE and that evidence for a lawsuit may be coming together. I would avoid this company at all costs, and if you do decide to work for them, BEWARE OF THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT. You are pretty much signing over any workers’ rights you have to Oppizi and their wishy-washy Owner. So not only was I without pay for 3 weeks, but when I did get paid it was only for the couple days I had done in the first week. I WAS STARVING. Not only that, but when they started to pay me, by the 3rd check I had received they had cut it in half because the incentives they had promised were too much for them to pay. They had told me however that base-pay would not be affected. That was, however, A LIE! After 7-8 weeks, I am still waiting to receive final payment and their legal team has not responded. As I said communication is horrible. If you are looking for Brand Ambassador or Marketing Management work, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
