I'm having a similar issue to Cheryl from her comment on 11/19/2022. I can select my state and find my school in the list. But once I select my school, the page goes black and nothing ever loads. I've tried rebooting my phone and deleting and reloading the app. Same situation every time.

How to fix Bound Sports app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bound Sports app on iPhone
Update Bound Sports app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bound Sports iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bound Sports on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bound Sports network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bound Sports Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bound Sports not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bound Sports App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bound Sports » click [Force Stop]

Update Bound Sports to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bound Sports App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bound Sports » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bound Sports.

Fix Bound Sports unable to contact server/ Bound Sports internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bound Sports » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bound Sports » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bound Sports
