Close and restart the Flare app on iPhone
Update Flare app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Flare iPhone app

To resolve Flare network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Flare app issues:

Force Stop the Flare App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Flare app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Flare to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Flare App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Flare app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Flare.

Fix Flare unable to contact server/ Flare internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Flare » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Flare » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Flare on android.
