Locked out
I have used this app for several years now and was very satisfied. I used the free storage, then suddenly with no notice they made the free storage trial. Now I have been locked out of my vault and can’t even subscribe to pay to get back into it. So the photos I had trusted to be stored there safely are now who knows where. Memories I can never get back. I have received no response from support. I can no longer recommend this app. 0 stars

Crash
The buy up page is difficult to close out of. Wish you made it where I could select not to see it again. Just downloaded app today and it was working fine for 30min. Now when I select on a picture the app closes. Worse part is I selected to delete the pictures from my gallery, so I can’t bring the up again to save them somewhere else. Please fix.

CRASH
Ok, so i will say my phone HAS been having crash problems , but that was a while ago. My phone is working perfectly fine, but when I installed this app, it crashed. Ive been trying to get in 12 times, its still crashing. Its definitely not MY phone because i see people in the reviews are saying its crashing for them too. So if you guys could remove the crash thing, it would be great 😁.
