What is the point of having the app if the location that is closest to you always says call the store instead of giving you the estimated wait time for service? My understanding of the app is it was designed to show you exactly that. Yet every single time I log into it the store nearest to me says I need to call them to get the wait time. And it’s not just the store closest to me that says that. I do not know if that is an issue with the app or if the Newport Kentucky location isn’t doing something on their end so that it shows in the app. Either way something I feel needs to be addressed otherwise there is absolutely no point in this app.

The service here is friendly and seems OK. However, sometimes I like to do the work myself. Today, when I crawled under the vehicle, I could not get the drain plug out. I worked for over an hour with a socket wrench; I rounded the plug hex. Then I hammered a smaller socket on and used a bigger wrench with a cheater. All I did was wreck the plug. This is the second time this is happened at this facility on route 31 in Liverpool New York; the last time, they told me they had a special tool to take a damage plug out.
I would not be writing this, except that this is the second time for this same facility. I will be speaking with the manager today. Oh, by the way:I did confirm that my last oil change was also at this facility. Not me.

I try my best to keep my information secure. However, upon registering for this app — I have been met with a hoard of spam/scam emails. This is the only app I registered my email address for in the last couple of weeks. So if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, and looks like a duck, it’s a probably a duck. I would encourage users to use throwaway email addresses when registering for this app. One additional star as the app itself is not bad. Minus three stars for blatantly selling my information to unverified third party services.
