I really like Crossword as far as the puzzles go but there are way too many ads and they are much too long. Sometimes you can’t turn the sound off without turning the sound off on your iPad which is embarrassing because you never know when the sound is going to start. Also sometimes it makes you watch two ads in a row before it will let you do a puzzle. I’ve been thinking of deleting it. I understand it’s a free app butI don’t want to watch 60 seconds or more of ads especially since it’s the same ad over and over and over. I would recommend finding a different app.

Since I started playing this this app, every morning my first routine is to check ‘today’s this app’ and play it!
My mother language is not english, so sometimes it’s a little bit challenging. But I learned a lot of new words through this this app. Everyday it turns up with new themes such as books, food and films which I enjoy it very much.
I used to buy lots of books for fun and educational purpose. This this app is so much worth more than the moeny I’ve spent on books.

I like doing your this app puzzles because they challenge my brain, take only a few minutes, and have helpful hints that provide clues. I usually do them after 7 in the evening when I’ve finished eating and before I start reading or watching TV. They are far more interesting to do than those found in papers or magazines. You get the answers without having to wait for the next day. Keep up the good work!

I’m enjoying Crossword a lot. I do a puzzle on it most days. The puzzles are more fun for me than the NYT this app, as they don’t have as many vague or obscure references. There’s a nice hint feature for the times it’s just a word you’ll never guess. It also keeps you from putting on wrong answers, which is nice so that you don’t waste your time. The content of the puzzles is usually interesting. I’m glad I got Crossword .

I resisted playing crosswords for many years . I got easily bored and gave up . This has changed my tune and I play everyday after other brain training word searches . Easy enough to find some words and yet challenging enough to keep interested . Being able to reveal a tile makes it easier to stay engaged if I’m stumped . Highly recommend

Loved the game at first, but about 6 weeks in, it’s losing its luster. Multiple times videos to earns coins won’t load, or you waste the time playing it only to not be credited. Last week it started crashing with no warning and then charging me again to download the puzzle I already paid for. It also zeroed out my streak of 40+ days thereby resetting my ability to be rewarded with longevity coins. Support was useless when I asked for my double charge coins to be refunded. Such a fun game, but they need to get it together from a support and stability standpoint.

I enjoy working these Crosswords and the minis. There is a variety of topics, some being a little too hard but still fun. I like having the hint and reveal instead of having to save coins to buy letters. I especially enjoy the wrong letter revealed in red. This has been helpful in learning to spell different and complicated words. Thank you for this great collection.

This has been a delightful addition to the wonderful things I can do with my phone! My husband and I do the crosswords every evening in the hopes we can keep our brains exercised and working better as we age. Whether it works or not we are having fun working doing this together!! Good investment!

But this is a good one. A new this app is set everyday. You also have the ability to make it as hard to get hints or reveal words as you wish by turning this feature off or on, or to indicate if the letters you have plugged in are wrong.

It’s a good exercise app for your brain.

I have kept this game the longest of all that I have tried. It never gets old. There are two new ones every day! The packs keep coming. I also can go back and do past daily ones at anytime!! I would highly recommend this game! I love it!!

I have always wanted to get into a vitamin regimen but I would get overwhelmed when shopping and not faithful in taking them. This is the perfect system from me! I place the box of packets right near my computer to be reminded!

I love this this app puzzle app! The puzzles are hard enough to be challenging, but not hard enough to be frustrating. I like the way it will tell me when I have a word wrong and reveal the word if I can’t get it. I hate having a this app puzzle that I just can’t complete.

These puzzles are easy to navigate and better than other format apps I’ve tried. You can stay on a soot and keep trying letters. You can look at a word in word format as well as in the puzzle which helps to solve when stumped.

The best thing about Crossword is that you can play it horizontally on your iPad. The worst thing is that often the clues are about “stars” who no one ever heard of. They may have had a role but they are not the star of any movie. Some clues are ridiculously easy, some ridiculously difficult. I have time on my hands since the world is on house arrest so I play this a lot and there are a lot of free games. Wish the clues were better.

I’m changing my review. The developer contacted me immediately and told me to reinstall the subscription. It was an easy fix I should have thought of before I posted my first review.

I paid for an annual subscription for the puzzle and now I have to buy coins to check the puzzle. What a rip off!

I love Crossword! I’m pretty slow at crosswords (30-45 minutes per), so the 4 free crosswords a month doesn’t bother me. There are free ones you can download as well! There aren’t tons of ads, and the puzzles are challenging while not being impossible

I like the daily theme, and I’ve played all the archives. Puzzle are medium challenge. Only thing I dislike is the creators using partial words as answers. But I see why it’s easier to find the right letters that way

I really like Crossword. Lots of puzzles available.
My only complaint is that they seem to use the same clues for a word over and over instead of using alternate clues, when available.
Overall, well worth the price.

I added the above mentioned app to my I Pad on June 20, 2020, and was billed for it the following week. I have enjoyed the daily and daily mini crosswords quite a bit. They are interesting and challenging. I think Crossword is fine as it is. Keep up the good work!

I like the challenge of seeing how quickly I can complete them. I enjoy their pertinence to everyday life. Also enjoy the history that is included. I especially like the ones dealing with movies & also food.
