Worst support team and game ever!! I have been playing this game for months and months and last week when I clicked the app on my iPhone it would not open. I then updated the app.....it would still not open. I then deleted the app and then tried updating it again. This time it opened but all my points and gems that I had purchased were lost. I have emailed the support team twice over the last two weeks and have had no response, my points have not been put back, nor have my gems or the cost of the gems. don’t bother with the game when it works it works on it doesn’t it doesn’t and it takes forever to get the issues resolved. there are plenty of other games out there that do not have this ongoing issues.
Doesn’t pay big wins

I had an ultra win that suppose to pay 63,400,000 coins, it did the big hoopla with all the loud sounds and coins flying everywhere. Then it did not pay out, also when leveling up it glitches and bounces up and down on the percentage you have to level up. If I had paid money for chips I would be asking for a refund. Looks like I will stick with Double Down for now and see if they can fix it to where everything works!

Sad to say; I’ll be deleting your app. It was fun but even with max bid. It takes too long to get to open another slot. I’m out of coins. I’m not buying any so that’s the end of that. I hope you will open all slots to pay instead of level up to open them. It gets boring. Wins are far in between and you don’t increase your percentage by that much when it does go up. It’s like 2% and sometimes it doesn’t go up at all. Graphics are good though. Bye
