WHECFirstAlertWeather stop working after the latest update. I’m on the launch and it doesn’t launch into the weather details. What’s the story with that?

Scared the crap out of me when it came over the phone. Rich’s voice came on at 3:15 in the morning. I was sound asleep!! Getting rid of it!
Watch out if you load WHECFirstAlertWeather, it is a hornets nest of junk and sleezy ads.
There is some very obscure route to see the local weather and to submit photos after pages of legal disclaimers and hundreds of vulturous junk ads.
I deleted the ap rather than contaminate my phone.
Shame on News10 NBC for this piece of junk.
WHECFirstAlertWeather used to be my favorite when it was released. Lately WHECFirstAlertWeather crashes constantly, weekly for a day or two. The most current weather forecast video plays but there is never any sound. This has happened since day one. The second video always has sound but it’s already many hours old. Of course, all of the advertisements have sound, of which there are many.
WHECFirstAlertWeather was supposed to be the top of the line and with the most accurate radar for this area. Come on News 10, you can do better than this.
I love that you can turn off auto videos, but when I want to see what the headlines are it continues to scroll back to the top. Very frustrating!
If you could fix that issue, then I would be thrilled with WHECFirstAlertWeather .

The opening ads are very annoying. Difficult to bypass them so I can get a quick look at upcoming weather.
I’m thankful for news 10 weather ap for when I’m away from home I can still keep up with our weather conditions and be prepared for my return. Thank you to my number one, News 10 Weather Crew 👍
