I made 2 purchases for 99¢ each to get minutes so i could make phone calls to my friends. I tried calling my friends multiple times. The calls never went through. My friends actually came over to my house and showed me they had no missed calls. I then tried calling them again with them right next to me. Even though i had plenty of minutes and placed the call correctly, neither of their phones ever rang. JusCall is completely bogus. It doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or your money because the calls never go through (though they will still happily deduct minutes from your account for those failed calls). It would be one thing if it was just a connection issue or poor quality. But the calls never even go through. No matter what number i try to call, the phone never rings. The calls never make it to their intended recipients. I can hear the ringing on my phone after i initiate the call. But whatever phone I’m trying to call never rings because it never receives the call. As such I’m forced to believe that JusCall is indeed a scam and completely bogus. I would like to request a refund for the $1.98 i wasted on these useless minutes as well. If this issue is not resolved soon then i will have to report JusCall to Apple as a scam. I advise everyone to avoid JusCall until the developers fix the calling issue and refund me the money i wasted on these useless minutes.

Hopefully they drop the price down a little bit because kinda of high compared to others apps out there. Overall I would stills use it if no others choice. Thanks

I have already reached out regarding this sites inability to fix the problem. Not everyone has a mobile phone in which to be contacted upon and being grossly underpaid the concept of this program works for me but not when it I can’t earn free credits to get in contact with my family being that I have no one within a 1500 mile radius. Again can you fix this?

U had this game that allows u to earn credits but it doesnt work anymore,, everytime i get into the game it crashes itll take me off JusCall ,, plz fix that cuz this is my favorite app it’s helpful

After using us briefly I,,ve come to the conclusion that this might be the phone I've been looking for.

If you have time you can spin and getenough credits for free calls

Using dialing pad during a phone call, when the service ask you to enter the number of extension you need this app fails to work, please fix the problem

I have tried to call perhaps 30 times - it goes through the motions with dialing and connecting but the hangs and charges me. Pay attention to the negative ratings, and do not give money. I emailed them several times but got no response.

I tried to call my husband from Senegal and it makes me do a million spins. Every spin I get like 5-7 points and I need roughly 9000 points to make a call. It’s ridiculous

I purchased credit but when I tried to make my first international call I kept getting an error message “temporarily unavailable”. I tried different numbers but in vain... Very disappointed. Scam!

Bought 5000 credit for $8 and it does not show on my account.
Tried restarting my phone and JusCall still does not show my credit. Where is my $8?
