I got this drone a few days ago at a good price. For what it’s worth it works great. I had trouble getting SkyViperVideoViewer20 to connect to the drone like everyone else. What you have to do is forget the drone network from your phone. The drone has to be on for this. Then you simultaneously hold the throttle sticks in opposite directions while holding the power button until the drone starts flashing and the controller beeps. Then go back to your settings and set any password you want or use the one that came with the drone to be safe. Works fine on the latest iOS 13. I just wish the devs made it easier to find out.

I know you might think I'm a bot but I promise you something. My battery's for my drone are charged but my drone won't take off and also SkyViperVideoViewer20 asks for a password which every time I put it in it does nothing and I also can't find the wifi connection for my drone to connect to I know how to do it but it's not showing up if anyone else knows what's going on plz help and then SkyViperVideoViewer20 will be 5 star for me!! Plz help asap!😩☺️😂

I haven’t actually tested it yet but I think it’s gonna work great I’m just waiting for my drone to charge. This is awesome I’ve had my drone for 6months (got it on Christmas) now I’m gonna fly it probably like every possible day I can. I’m so excited about this drone and can now see what I’m doing when I’m flying!

I have had SkyViperVideoViewer20 for a month, but I haven’t quite been able to access my footage off SkyViperVideoViewer20 , it doesn’t let me download the videos and photos, instead, it exits out of SkyViperVideoViewer20 and goes to the home page of my phone. Please help me...

Now go to your internet then connect to it now open your app for the first tim it will not work if u have it already open then it will automatically connect that’s why

I can’t seem to login I’ve used the password skyviper but it keeps saying error what should i do?

Just recently updated app for iOS 13 is greatly appreciated. Great affordable drone with great features. Simulator to practice and build confidence and skills. And the video app updated is great. Thank you very much sky rocket 👍🚁👍

Some please tell we’re at find my drone password it just connect I have looked up videos and read reviews but nothing.

How do you get videos off SkyViperVideoViewer20 and saved to your iPhone’s camera roll? I see a button in SkyViperVideoViewer20 that looks like it should do it when I open the video. When I click the button, SkyViperVideoViewer20 just closes.

when i open the sky viper 2.0 app it gives me the instructions on how to connect to the drone to my mobile device (ios). however when i complete the steps it doesn’t connect and launch.

I went to buy it vc it was cool then in two days the dumb gps won’t lock and I can’t fly and won’t pair with my phone
I want my money back or at least help to connect

Also I called them 5 times with message no answer

App doesn’t work with my iPhone XS!! Please fix so I can enjoy my drone!!!

Cannot connect to V2450gps drone. Tells you to download the older app. Download and run the old app, it tells you how to connect. If you follow the instructions, nothing happens. Can’t use camera on drone at all. Sad!

The new 14.0 apple update isn’t compatible with SkyViperVideoViewer20 , so you cannot view the camera with any device with apple update 14.0. Pls update app to be compatible with IOS 14.

My new Journey is working ok , I can watch and record video and track flight log . My problem is my journey will not accept the firmware updates . I really hope the Tecks in Cali are on top of this because myself and my family love the skyviper drones and are looking forward to having the 18 models . Either post some instructions that don’t come with streaks Journey. or fix buggy app... 3 stars only because I love the brand . And what is up with the range on the Journey it has a smaller geofence that the 2450GPS???! Why??

If you have a new IPhone it will not connect very disappointed I have to have a iPhone 7 for it to work why is it still on the market if the apps not updated

It won’t let me open SkyViperVideoViewer20 i’ve been waiting for 24 hours and nothing please fix this bug.

SkyViperVideoViewer20 only support drones paired with a maximum iPhone 7... that doesn’t sound very good, and in the support page write “maybe the 2018 drone and newer support most recent smartphones”...

U need to update the MeBo app or else it won’t work and I’m just going to keep leaving bad reviews on all of ur apps on different acounts until u do.

Every time I try and connect to SkyViperVideoViewer20 I get a week signal and nothing can connect.. very frustrating..

App was working fine until I updated my iPhone to 14.0. I understand 14.0 was a surprise release for programmers so be warned before you update your phone. Still works on my iPad which is still on software version 13.7 so the drone is still functional.

Wish every time I went to export the video out of SkyViperVideoViewer20 it would crash

My sky Viper 2400 HD does not connect to my phone making the camera completely useless. The old app was great, however this is garbage. I’ve bought sky viper toys and they have worked well but this... this is useless. I’m giving this two stars because I believe that this can easily be fixed and I’m hoping it’s resolved soon.
