Idk if our management company doesn’t pay for all the features or if the Boomer paying for the service doesn’t know how to use it.
Between the app and the actual portal functions this is a waste of time. I’m required to log into the portal to get specific board function information because I can’t figure out how to get it on the app. I have to email our management company with ARC requests that he then uploads to the system which defeats the purpose of using technology. Might as well use fax machines…makes about as much sense.

This is literally the dumbest waste of development time and phone space. As a Mac user you need to pay via paylease and instead of just linking there, I was told to download this app which literally opened up the same webpage I used to pay on except now you’re stuck on mobile. Highly suggest just bookmarking the Paylease site and deleting this crap

Really don’t understand why any HOA uses this company. There has to be some monetary gain/incentive. When I googled Community Link nothing came up. Bad news! And it won’t let you change your Password. Will be calling the Department of Corporations in Calif tomorrow morning to file a complaint. Something is seriously wrong. Obviously a very unethical company. Ethical HOA’s should beware!
