i got the subscription and set up the account via mobile device .. noe i uploaded the apps to my ipad it does not give me option on logging in .. need help
Very interesting program, my granddaughter loves it. We are African Americans, I have a problem with seeing the characters of color portrayed as monkeys and the Caucasian characters as regular humans. As a former educator, having learned about this problem after retirement, how would I explain to my students about how our culture is represented on this show as I also explain to my granddaughter. This is a big problem!!!! I will bring awareness of this program to educators.
I am disgusted with the video I just watch - Wheels on the bus go round and round. There was a white family and a family of monkeys?!? The monkey family had pigtails like my daughters hair with the hair bows like my daughter where her hair. The little boy had a haircut similar to my little boys hair cut. Please remove this video! It is inappropriate and distasteful. With the height of racial tension how dare you allow something so disgusting. It is disgusting that my innocent children are experiencing this so young. Sighhhh
Very disappointed does not support family sharing like indicated

We are very upset/disappointed and are working with apple to get a refund. My son loves Dave and Ava and we are avid watchers on YT Kids. However we purchased this two weeks ago and it will only work on my devices even though we have family sharing! My wife and I have been in touch with Apple and our family sharing is properly turned on. We have 3 adults set to make purchases and yet this app does not respect true family sharing! Don’t purchase! You will be disappointed like us! I also emailed the development team and never heard back. I wish I could give this negative stars. We will continue to watch Dave and Ava free on YT Kids but will find another learn and play solution!

I purchased this app last year. It was ok until i logged out for whatever reason and was never able to log back in. Oh before that I wasn’t able to log in any other devices but one!!! I wanted it on her tablet and my phone! But anyway when i looked for where it says to log in there is no place! You have to purchase again! Who made this app?! That is so stupid! Im really upset bc they charged me again in March when she hasnt been playing it in over a year bc we cant LOG IN!! It was on autopay but i quickly stopped that this time! I just gave away $30!!! Smdh
Numbers and letters

The songs are great and my 22 month old likes interacting with the animals. However the numbers and letters part don't work. For example After the d screen, the screen goes blank while you hear ddd dance. Then nothing else happens. I didn't realize there was more (animation and tracing) until I opened it up in my phone (but I have to pay for a second download). Bummer. That part looks like fun. It is an older I pad (purchased in 2013), but up to date o.s.
