Sinder seemed like it would’ve been cool. I was browsing and noticed I was unable to change the distance or age of the profiles I was seeing unless I bought a premium subscription. I paid for a month of premium and after the purchase went through and the money was taken off my card it still wouldn’t let me change the age or distance in Sinder . At this point I just want my money back I already canceled the subscription. Horrible

Do not create an account with this app if you are only curious and want to delete your account or photos at a later date. There are NO OPTIONS to request deletion or to erase your photos of you simply want to uninstall Sinder . It’s stupid; Support doesn’t exist even though it’s listed in terms and services, and the contact us on their official page is fake.

Sinder is garbage! I paid for a subscription, it would not show me likes or connections, telling me I had to subscribe. I tried to cancel before the auto-renewal, and it was NEVER DONE! I got charged again, and had to cancel my Credit Card because they would not cancel my subscription! I have written another review online, warning people to stay away from Sinder. DON’T give me the “we’re sorry you feel this way” response, because it’s a bunch of crap!

So I got Sinder. I paid for premium. Yet it does not let me do anything a premium member is supposed to be able to other than give me the option to upgrade to premium. So my six month subscription was a waste of money there's no way for you to contact these people to fix the issue. Plus there's a ton of spam and bots on here. Don't waste your time or money!!!

It’s made up of fake IDs. I figured that out right away. I cancelled before it auto-renewed as per terms. Apple acknowledged that. Sinder billed anyway. Now, it doesn’t even offer a button to push to cancel. It’s just going to renew. I emailed the developer using their form and SHOCKER the emails bounce back because that email doesn’t exist. Apple should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this site to do “business.”
