Steer clear from this credit card and if you already have one make sure you remove your “automatic payment” method immediately. Especially if you’re using a banking account and routing number as one of your sources of information on file. They will take a large payment from you any time they choose to and claim you gave them a call and made a payment from your own phone number over the phone. They did this to me, claiming I made a call to them on a Sunday, and made a payment of $1,145. I never call credit card companies to make payments and already had paid my bill for the month. They refuse to return the funds and I had to officially file a dispute (as advised by my banker to do) at the Bank of Missouri and the State of GA. Trust me! FortivaAccountCenter is sketchy! And no I haven’t been refunded yet.
FortivaAccountCenter is not working. Just gives a blank black screen. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone who knows how to speak English or how to fix the issue.

Every time I try to open FortivaAccountCenter it’s just a black screen. I have to delete and reinstall FortivaAccountCenter for it to work. Need to fix ASAP!
Due to me trying to pay off my balance and my payment was returned twice. Still do not know why the money sat in my account for two weeks. I was charged a late fee, and then I made a third payment of just $500. After about two weeks of waiting to see if I would have an available balance it was still $0. I called customer service and they told me my account was on hold due to suspicious payment activity. So not only does this company not want your money for your payment they penalize you for making your payments. After being told my account was under review just for simply trying to pay the card off I told customer service to close my account. I am not going to go through rejected payments, and also be punished when the money was in my account for two weeks but the payment got returned twice. I do not have any issues paying anything else from this account it has only been this payment I have had issues with. I will not be doing business with this credit card company ever again. Good luck to anyone who chooses this credit card. Keep an eye on your payments and make sure they post to your account. If it is taking to long to have available credit something is wrong and you should call customer service. Customer service has always been helpful, just have issues when it comes to making payments and using the credit.
I’ve been using FortivaAccountCenter for a good year work beautiful until now. It won’t let me into the account. I I get a guy not very good English. He must’ve said. I don’t know to me at least eight or nine times to where I want to go through the phone and choke him like why did you pick up the phone if you don’t know what you’re doing people call with questions you should have the answers they told me to delete my asp and re-open FortivaAccountCenter at FortivaAccountCenter Store. FortivaAccountCenter Store doesn’t do that if you’ve already got it, I deleted it
Same here I have been trying to open this account for two days and it won’t open they evadentally don’t know how to fix it
I haven’t been able to use FortivaAccountCenter on my phone for over 2 months. I have to log in to the website on a browser to view/pay. This used to be an easily accessible app, please fix!!!
Don’t get involved with this company. They will do payments to a non- existent account, when the payments are rejected, they add a late fee and interest on an interest free account. You are not informed of this happening because it’s supposed to be an automatic payment.
Avoid this company at all costs. I paid off loan three years ago and was closed out and just got a bill for annual fee that they just implemented after three years of being paid off and zero help from their customer service in dealing with it.
Has limited functionality and half the time FortivaAccountCenter malfunctions and doesn’t open. The payment portal is a laborious process and doesn’t save any information for the payer so every time you go to pay your balance you will have to enter information as if for the first time
FortivaAccountCenter is useless. I tried to set up an account so I could pay my bill without having to mail in a check. I clicked on the account setup link and it goes to a blank page. And it doesn’t do any good to call their customer service number. You get someone who barely speaks English and is unintelligible to boot. And what you can understand is rude.

I got this card to help my credit and I have had it for a little over a year now. Everything was fine.. I had my monthly payments automatically drafted each month and FortivaAccountCenter was easy to navigate. Well… I haven’t used the card in about three months and wanted to check my balance on FortivaAccountCenter and nothing happens. It won’t open up to the login page. It sits on the name “Fortiva” and that’s it. There is nothing to click or no updates needed. My payment came out this morning and I know it should be paid off soon. I was thinking one more Payment. When I call customer service or try the number on back of card to check my balance I get a message saying that they are experiencing technical difficulties. I call it a load of crap if you want me to be honest! I will make one more payment and I’m going to have to contact my bank to put a block on it because I have a feeling they will keep taking out this monthly payment even if my card is paid in full. I will just stick with my capital one and my USAA card from now on.
Love FortivaAccountCenter ! So easy to use, look at statements or print them . Manage acct details . So easy to pay and go paperless. Even customer service was very helpful and professional and they understood immediately what problem was and took care of it. Excellent app .
