Registration fails

I downloaded this app since 2 weeks ago. I’ve never been able to go past the number verification screen. I request for pin, I receive the pin and enter it, after entering the pin, it takes be back to the screen to enter my number again. I’ve been stuck in this registration loop for God knows how long.
Crashes and not working

After entering phone number it crashes and when you skip registration it doesn't skips but keep you on the same page.

This is very bad, no customer service number to call nothing credible about this all I’m still waiting for my confirmation number I have off my phone and switch it on several times and no results very bad app
