I’m not sure what happened to my VIP account. I bind with the same phone number using my phone and my ipad. Both login verifications work on both devices; however, the ipad version says I’m not a VIP. Very strange and frustrating!!! So I had to pay for another VIP membership using the same phone number. But it says you can’t bind 2 accounts using the same phone number in their App feedback, well that’s not the case and it’s backwards in my case. I should’ve been able to use the same phone number and account on both devices. There’s a bug and it needs to be fixed! Or this is how they tricked us into paying more for membership! I have sent support ticket to their support email over a month ago, but never heard anything back! Now the floating comments are completely gone and I am not liking it!! I want a refund on the extra membership fee that I had to pay!

I downloaded the app and purchased membership. When I try to login the site using the computer it kept saying my login isn’t recognized. But that’s my login I created when signing in the app! So I try to use the app and use the scan function, it said can’t connect to the internet! But I have no problem use the app or search the web on my computer. This is extremely frustrated!

I should have read other reviews but I didn’t. The app itself works well. It looks nice and operates smoothly. As with other reviewers my only issue revolve around the subtitles.
There are a few problems with the subtitles (it should be noted that I can only confirm these issues for English subtitles, we have not used any others).
First issue is the timing. we have only watched a few episodes of a single show, but the subtitles are almost always 1 - 2 seconds ahead of the audio.
Second issue is the amount of time that the subtitles appear. They tend to disappear very quickly. If there are more than 5 - 6 words then usually I am unable to completely read it.
The third, and final, issue is using AirPlay, the subtitles do not display. I read about this and it seems like this is a common problem with subtitles when a content server is not setup according to Apple’s specifications.
I purchased a 3 month subscription. I hope these issue are addressed before it expires. If they are I believe there will be a lot of content at a really good price. If these problems are not corrected by the end of the subscription then I will simply not renew.
