What is the purpose of collecting coins if they aren’t automatically turned into hints? That’s my biggest problem with this game. The other Word Whizzle game allows you to cash in your earned coins for hints when you get so many. Why doesn’t this work the same way? For that reason I don’t like Word Whizzle POP as much as the original. You know what? I’ve entered over 25 different nicknames and everyone was taken so I don’t really think you want any reviews so you don’t even have to respond because I doubt if you get this review.

Honestly, this has the potential to keep someone entertained but it it is ruined by the onslaught of advertising. Often games are funded by advertising however this one streams with advertising and has an occasional game thrown in. To remove ads there is not just a one time fee but a weekly $6.99 charge. I can’t justify paying almost $28 a month for a mildly entertaining game played on my phone between activities of daily living. Oh and another kicker...after a certain point you have to pay to upgrade your purse so you can keep the coins you earn! I can’t speak to how it is progressively challenging because I’ve become so annoyed with all the advertising that I’m going to delete it.

This game is simple and could very well be relaxing and enjoyable. But really...does there have to be a 30 second ad after every single puzzle?! You’ll spend one third of your time doing puzzles, the other two thirds watching ads. On top of that, it will say you’ve won a gift, but only a portion of that gift is actually a “gift”. You have to pay to receive the entire “gift”. Too bad, I truly enjoy the puzzles. But I’ll soon be deleting WordWhizzlePop since I have found others that are similar but with way less annoying ads.

Before starting this game, you need to know that there areLOTS and LOTS of ads if you choose not to pay to have them removed. If you can stomach the ads to play for “free,”then it’s a mildly entertaining game and pretty simple. The games go quickly. I don’t for a minute believe their player standing ratings because I’m always in the top three and it takes just three or four games to regain the lead position every time. Even when I make a conscious effort to get 60 games ahead of the same two “players”, in less than an hour of stopping play, when I look back, once again I’m in third place. Don’t waste your competitive energy trying to stay in the lead because it’s all computer generated nonsense. Even so, I enjoy a few games a day, then tire of the onslaught of ads and stop until the next day.

Same as dozens of other find/make words games — always wanting you to buy extra coins or tokens or whatever. If you don’t wish to do that, you sit through ads — and I get it. App developers need to earn money. I’ve no objection. What I object to is that there are ads I can’t silence, which is profoundly annoying (lookin’ at you, oil painting app). I’ve turned off both sounds and music, and when I see an ad loading I prepare to hit the “x” button to mute the sound so as to not annoy everyone else in the vicinity — but some ads give me no such option. It’d be nice if muting sounds and music in the game would mute them in ads too. Since WhizzlePop deals with advertisers who refuse me the option to silence them, I’ve played my last game here. Too many other similar games to bother with one this irritating. If WhizzlePop wanted me to choose their game over the others, forcing me to endure loud ads wasn’t the way to do it.

This is the first game I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review on, but the amount of ads are insane. There’s an ad after every level which is about 20seconds to five minutes. The game is very easy, addicting if you like word games and little teasers, it’s cute and very alluring don’t get me wrong. But having to force close WordWhizzlePop or sit through an ad longer than the level I just played is so distracting. Then there’s a pop up after every other level for free coins, or to obtain your “free coins” (which actually cost $2) then an additional pop up to buy something it’s so disturbing how blatantly money hungry these apps are

I’m at level 111 and still don’t understand what the coins can be used for because you can’t even use them for hints. I have over 2,000 coins but have no idea what to do with them. Sometimes you win 500+ coins at a time but it tells you that your purse isn’t big enough to fit them all and you need to spend actual money to upgrade your purse and will only let you collect 200 coins instead. Why on earth would I pay to upgrade my purse when I don’t even know what to use the coins on?! Deleting this game now.

I just started playing and it is fun but I can only give it 3 stars because when I watch a video for free hints it keeps saying you must watch the entire video to get free hints. I have watched the entire thing 3 times in a row. Please fix this and I will definitely give it 2 more stars. It’s the Home scapes video it keeps showing me and I let it go to the second page where you close it out and even sat on that page for at least 30 seconds maybe a little longer and it still give me that same error message.

Only started playing but it’s ok. Anytime you play a game for free your gonna get a ton of ads, get over it or pay up, your choice! I’m used to it because I get bored so easy I don’t keep a game for long. Plus I am normally watching tv while I play so it goes unnoticed. But there is one thing I’ve noticed so far that is irritating...the hint I didn’t ask for.
If I spend more than 2 seconds (when my attention is on other things) the hand auto-points to a word. If I need a hint I’ll ask but don’t give me the word, let me find it

It’s always frustrating when you finish all the levels and get knocked down on the so called “leaderboard”. I’m always #1, then once I finish all the levels I start to get knocked down by these phantom players on my “leaderboard”. How are others on level 3002 when there are only 3000 levels?

I’ve finished all the levels for quite a while and just waiting patiently for an update. I play the daily and weekly challenges, and can’t figure out why it keeps wanting me to replay the last level. More levels please!! All the WordWhizzle games are great, this being my favorite 🙂🙃🙂

It's a fun way to pass time. It takes a while before the puzzles start to be challenging. At that point, younger players would likely stop playing. I think it would be great if the developers designed an equivalent app just for younger players. That way, they could play longer and develop better literacy skills.

I do have one other suggestion:)....Fix your spelling error in the subject line of level 189 ("they where makeup").

I have played this game and finished level 3000. At the bottom of the screen it has button for levels 3010 but when you push that button it takes you back to puzzle 3000. Now I complained a year ago about this and the told me the game only goes to level 3000. When then to have it on the bottom of the screen to move on but you can’t . Update this game and then I’ll be happy.

This is a fun game, but it could be WAY better. You don’t want to see 30-second unskippable ads every few levels? I’m guessing you would pay $0.99? Occasionally $1.99? No.
$6.99. A WEEK. I always win the jackpot on the “Pack complete” screens, however, you need to pay REAL MONEY to upgrade your purse, and only get half of the reward. Are you kidding me? The leaderboard is obviously fake. They also keep pestering you to pay $2.99 for 1,000 coins.
Every few levels, this screen pops up telling you that you’re in the “top % of players”. I don’t believe that either.

Classic pastime, some repetition, overall fine. However, one earns points, and is importuned to buy more, but the only thing one can use the points for is to buy "diamonds," and then there is nothing to use the diamonds for! Isn't that odd? There are 3,000 puzzles (they are called levels, but there's no difference in difficulty). When all are finished, the only thing that happens is . . . nothing. A message suggesting getting a different game. Again, odd.

Yesterday, all of a sudden a bunch of black pencil marks appeared all over the puzzle. I noticed today there is an UPDATE! The UPDATE is taking quite awhile to finish running so I thought I would write this message! Love the game very much! Hope those awful pencil or pen marks are gone after it finished UPDATING!

It finally finished UPDATING, but those awful long pencil or pen marks are still all over the game! WHAT A MESS!!!!!

This game was offered on Facebook. I had seen it a number of times but thought it looked too childish to be interesting. But I found out that it’s actually fun as a quick “wake-up” game. It breaks the monotony of the day with a quick jolt of word action! Find the right word and move on with the game! That simple and that quick! Enjoy!!!

This Game is very good. Just one part I don’t like is that they do not always give you cards. You Should improve by Making always a match. Also,You could just scratch a little bit of the wrong one out So you should
1.Make it always a match
2.If you get Just one wrong,You lose half of how much coins it gives you

I love this game. As a more mature individual, this word game makes me think quickly and pushes me along to get the words completed in a timely manner. I have found nothing wrong with this version of the game, and it can only get better. It helps my mind to move quickly, and it keeps me thinking just as fast. Thanks for keeping me on my toes!!

I am totally obsessed with word games. I like them even more if there is an originality to them. WordWhizzle has its own special uniqueness that is quite original therefore makes it a whole lot of fun. Thank you ever so much for making such a wonderful word game game! I greatly appreciate it! I completed all levels in WordWhizzle which was awesome! I’m now playing WordWhizzle Pop and I highly recommend this game too. I sit in the early morning before work and play for about an hour. I have my coffee and play it gets me going in the morning so I get a little piece of mind. I do love it , so thank you !
