Doesn’t send verification codes to email, doesn’t recognize cards. Useless.

I was at New York JFK airport today. My membership is the Visa Airport Companion powered by DragonPass (comes with a premium Visa card). I tried accessing both Virgin Atlantic clubhouse and Prime class lounge in JFK airport and got rejected at the entrance both times. I was told they do not accept DragonPass (even though VisaAirportCompanion show those lounges in the list).

This is ridiculous! Such an embarrassing and frustrating experience. Waste of my time and money to get this pass and the credit card in the first place, and also to walk around in the airport to different lounges to get rejected!

The application does not allow modifying or deleting data. We hope to improve the application and increase data security.

VisaAirportCompanion is absolutely terrible. It can’t remember my password, and every time I try to create a new one, the verification email is never sent. I’ve tried over three times, and still nothing! The entire process is frustrating and a complete waste of time. If an app can’t handle something as basic as password management, how can it be trusted for anything else? Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy endless password errors and zero support!

I have just downloaded VisaAirportCompanion. Tried to register three times. At the last page, where I need to set my password, the message appears that the system is not available now.

Really disappointed

Can’t find USA in the country list

App keeps requesting for a zero payment, which led to my bank card being blocked.

Wanted to access a lounge in Colombia, tried to synch my card as my bank instructed me to and it says it doesn’t recognize my card…

Buggy….

I booked a taxi service to the airport and got a confirmation message. The taxi never arrived and when I contacted visa they never gave me an explanation and told me they didn’t have my information on their system.

No results anywhere ??? Very useful

I have tried to login with the same user I used in the Visa page and it doesn’t work.

I have to login everytime i open VisaAirportCompanion . It says i will be able to login with face id but it never works… it forgets login info

I wish I could give 0 stars as this pass doesn’t deserve even 1 star. This pass is a joke and I dont know under which rock it works. Didn’t work at any of the lounges in Las Vegas Harry Ried airport. Please do us a favour and close this scam.

I do not recommend scotia passport visa it. Scotia keep changing the pass partnership without notice to customers which keep them out of the benefits when they found out during travelling

Despite the first login VisaAirportCompanion prompts multiple times to login again during a regular process, this make the user experience inefficient and slow. Anything but use friendly.

You accept my credit card, you accept all my personal information, then I tried to create a password during 30 MINUTES! I used all the specifications you ask, I tried over 30 different passwords and your app don’t accept them. What is happening?!

I can’t create an account because the password manager is not recognizing special characters. So, every time a try to create a password, it doesn’t allow me to move to the next step since it doesn’t consider the special characters I’ve entered as a special character.

VisaAirportCompanion keeps loading and loading and doesn't go anywhere. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it, but nothing changed. I have also switched to a different internet network, but the same error persists. I can't access the VIP rooms, and this is absurd! Please, check it out!

I have been trying to sign up using my Visa card but it keeps saying that my credit card has expired/not active. I have been using the credit card for over a week now. No support from Dragon Pass as well. The function of taking a picture of your card does not work. It just holds the green square but does not take the picture nor is there a button take the picture.

1. Constantly Logs Out.
2. Face Id does not work even after you set it up. This has been a known problem by the developer for years.
3. Now with the constant logging out it requires 2FA which requires you cell phone service while roaming which is not always available or may require you to turn on roaming.

Its intentionally designed to be terrible to discourage use. Areas where VisaAirportCompanion is prevalent have the longest check in times and lines at lounges due to logging out and MFA issues.

VisaAirportCompanion is unstable and keeps asking me to login.

I endabled 2FA (because they told me to) and it takes up to 5 minutes to receive the code. Not helpful if you’re trying to access VisaAirportCompanion when needed. And a few times they’ve told me the code is invalid.

And the constant logging out (and disabling Face ID) is infuriating. Apps from major Banks don’t behave this way. Why does Visa have to?

Also, enabling location services constantly gives the wrong airport. Annoying.

At least they keep track of my lounge access accurately.

I entered the data four times in a row... it does not accept it. Three people checked the data, everything is correct

Declines to use FaceID after a certain time, but it’s not a daily use app, and there are no real security risks that justify this inconvenience

VisaAirportCompanion is fine, but it must improve on some services and amenities, like for example it should let me add my membership card to my Apple Wallet app on my iPhone or IOS device.

Priority Pass for a comparison, allows to add their membership card to Wallet app on my iPhone, which make it’s easier to find when need it.

I hope that visa adds this function to VisaAirportCompanion . It will make it really convenient.
