I have a Scotia Bank Passport Visa card that allows me to have 6 visits per year in a Dragonpass airport lounge. My visa (...4349) is active. But when in the VAC site logged in there is a message saying Upgrade your card. I enter the card number accurately but there is an error message saying this card is registered to this program; log in or enter another visa card. I log in and enter the active visa card...same message. WHY?? I would like to resolve this as soon as possible
I changed my iPhone and wanted to re register my self on Visa Companion Spp on new iPhone, However unable to do it , Recevied message my card details do not support and advised to contact issuing bank . I have made contact with issuing bank and my bank says card is active and eligible for Visa Companion portal. Please solve it .
My New ADCB VISA card Infinite is active, VISA Airport companion app, says not eligible, This si my new card, My bank says it is leigible, card ending with 9370, in name of CR GAUTAM, ISSUING BANK ADCB BANK UAE , CARD TYPE INFINITE VISA
Hello Visa Airport Companion Support Team, I am using the Visa Airport Companion app on an iPhone (iOS). The Visa card originally registered in my account has expired. The app does not allow me to remove the expired card, and I am unable to add or register my new Visa card. I have already tried all troubleshooting steps, including: – Signing out – Deleting and reinstalling the app – Restarting my iPhone – Attempting to add the new card as a new membership My bank has confirmed that the new card is active, eligible, and has no issues. I believe my account is locked to the expired card on the backend. I kindly request that you reset my Visa Airport Companion membership and remove the expired card from your system so I can register my new card. Thank you for your assistance. Good morning, i tried using the reset/forgot password and it would not let me. I think it locked me out. Then when I tried to email you guys for help, it says i requested too many times, basically my request is maxed out. I don't understand why it says that when I only requested help to you guys one time. Is there an easier way for me to get a hold of you guys? 12 Aprill 2025 i was travelling from Karachi Pakistan to Tabuk via Dubai i went to Lounge in Karachi Airport and scan my Visa companion App as usual but that time i got message from my SAB bank that i have debited by 32$ and even i have unlimited visits along with one guest. after complaining to SAB bank, they replied to me that amount had been deducted by visa companion not by Bank. Please look into this matter my KSA iqama Number is 2585483015 registered Mobile No is +966533070213 please feel free for any clarification.
I am trying to change my email address on my account from my account. It use to be rvetere@cogeco. My Priority Pass card is saying it is canceled. The number is 10298540051. Could someone please check into this and see what the problem is. I have made 10 phone calls trying to figure it out and no one can help me. I cannot get on the website because my username is the password Cogeco and my new email is iCloud could someone please change the information in your system or could someone please get back to me?
DragonPass is a joke, rejected by 2 lounges in NY JFK airport

I was at New York JFK airport today. My membership is the Visa Airport Companion powered by DragonPass (comes with a premium Visa card). I tried accessing both Virgin Atlantic clubhouse and Prime class lounge in JFK airport and got rejected at the entrance both times. I was told they do not accept DragonPass (even though the app show those lounges in the list).
This is ridiculous! Such an embarrassing and frustrating experience. Waste of my time and money to get this pass and the credit card in the first place, and also to walk around in the airport to different lounges to get rejected!
Terrible App. Intentionally designed to work badly to discourage use.

1. Constantly Logs Out.
2. Face Id does not work even after you set it up. This has been a known problem by the developer for years.
3. Now with the constant logging out it requires 2FA which requires you cell phone service while roaming which is not always available or may require you to turn on roaming.
Its intentionally designed to be terrible to discourage use. Areas where this app is prevalent have the longest check in times and lines at lounges due to logging out and MFA issues.

I have been trying to sign up using my Visa card but it keeps saying that my credit card has expired/not active. I have been using the credit card for over a week now. No support from Dragon Pass as well. The function of taking a picture of your card does not work. It just holds the green square but does not take the picture nor is there a button take the picture.
