App doesn’t stay connected to my go pro

I’ve tried numerous times on 2 different devices to upload videos and it disconnects from my go pro within 2-3 minutes. I could never get it to work. Both devices were updated with plenty of space. Other apps worked. Unfortunately since i bought the app, they didn’t offer a refund. if you do download this DO NOT BUY it, subscribe to a monthly subscription and cancel it. They seemed like they’d work with me until i told them I bought it, they wouldn’t refund. So i never got to use the app.
I want to love it but I can’t

Everything works as promised except until I save the video after the mix/edit. It “saves” it but it’s always a blacked out video. Tried everything they recommended but still getting a blacked out video. It did solve my issues of multiple mics but I can’t save it correctly...need help....
It does connect to the GoPro 8 flawlessly and records great, wouldn’t recommend recording longer than 8 minute videos and things get very buggy with the app/sound/video.
I purchased the life time purchase also.

I bought the lifetime version for a one time payment and after a while the app asks me to purchase it again. I emailed customer service and there’s a ticket open for my issue but nothing. I’m emailed many times and had several open tickets up but nothing. I’ve also asked for a refund and nothing. Don’t buy this crappy product. They might steal your money like they did mine.
