I paid for the top tier package to accommodate a large number of attendees. I received hundreds of emails from listeners who were upset because they were unable to access the videos or watch the entire video because of streaming issues. Also, the process for people to login into the app is very difficult. They must enter their email twice. I received a ton of complaints about this. And, when I asked the Constantin about the issues, he said it was because videos were not loaded in the app. How could that be if some people were able to view the videos and rated them inside the app but others were not able to access the videos at all. This was a complete disaster. Great concept but horrible and damaged my reputation with my attendees .
