Banner adds… that is the last straw! I am deleting Crown as soon as finish this review! See below. Please consider your loyal paying user base and deliver an advertisement free version. I think Crown Solitaire is an enjoyable game, but without a way to eliminate the unwanted advertising I can not recommend it to anyone, unless you don't mind having your thoughts intruded upon, nor can I give it more than one star... until you release an ad free version. I have purchased all your other advertisement free solitaire games. Why can I not pay for an ads free version of this game? You say you read every review. I cannot imagine that I am the only reviewer requesting an advertisement free version. These ads must be very lucrative, and I'm sure there are a lot of users willing to endure advertising to play for free, thus continuing your income stream.

Until they come out with a 6 month subscription service for this game, it should be rated pg 14 violent because they let advertisers of other games show disturbing images while one is at the start of playing or between games. Their advertisers often cause the game and sometimes the iPad the game is played on to lock up. Young children should not be allowed to play this game without parental supervision until the game developer comes up with an ad free solution. The game itself is a very peaceful game with some interesting challenges. The writer of this review review has played this game for several years. I have contacted support within the application dozens of times and received a lot of rhetorical responses. Numerous screenshots of advertisements showing violence towards women and child abuse have been sent to Mobility Ware. I am suspending playing this game due to being shocked at what I am seeing. Mobility Ware needs to firmly censor advertising in crown solitaire. Advertisers are showing images of sick women being forced from their hospital beds by vicious attackers. Children are seen shivering and being helpless victims.

I really enjoy the game, but the ads are really too much. I understand that the developer relies on ad revenue, but they need to find a better ad platform. Waiting to close out the ads (which usually have 2-3 screens to close out of) typically takes longer than a single round of the game. The amount of game time should outweigh the amount of ad time. Either let me get in multiple rounds between ads or find an ad platform that doesn’t involve video/animated ads. (Or give me the option to pay for an ad-free version.)

Another voice in the sea of reviews.... I would happily transfer money from my account to MobilityWare’s account to turn off ads, just like you can in almost all the other great Mobility-ware games. I can’t understand why this one game is different than most others. I understand you need ad revenue, but for customers willing to pay you directly, you should be happy to take their $$$. My 10 year old is also really enjoying your games, but I absolutely hate all the ads being shoved in her face!! Same comment for your new Castle game. If you can set up in-app purchases, I would change this review to 5 stars!

Please make a pay version so I can get rid of the ads! I’m currently stuck in an ad with no escape, so I guess it’s uninstall and reinstall. Very annoying when I try listening to podcasts as I play, too. Perfectly willing to pay for an ad-free version.

6 May 2018 - Still love the game, still interested in a pay version. Been tolerating the ads, but one that screams at me in Spanish and apparently has no mute button is too much. I’m not going to keep scrambling to shut down CrownSolitaire in order to make it SHUT UP so I can hear whatever I’m actually trying to listen to.

12 May 2018 -Since all I’ve done up until now is complain, I wanted to thank you for making the ads muted. Makes the game much more fun.

It’s. A very fun game and the ads are very short (that’s why it’s the only game I play .when theirs too many ads and way too long it ruins the gaming experience so I get rid of the game) but this game has very short ads. But there’s a glitch sometimes where that causes it to repeatedly leaves your game to a ad (same ad. ) and it wont stop ! Like it does this up to 10 times. So I’m gonna see if they fix it before I remove the game. Lots of games have gone way to far with the ads now and it’s just not worth playing their games. I hope they fix the glitch

This game is very addicted, fun and a great time waster (not a bad thing, it can help kill time if you’re stuck in a doctors office or something). But with the new update it’s been more difficult because every game I win now, I only gain 100 points and not 300 like it was originally. This makes it slower for you to level up and personally I don’t like that since I need 1000 xp to level up. I just don’t have the patience to play that many rounds to get to the next level because that was the fun part for me in this game. Every five levels you get a new category and my goal used to be to reach a new one every time. Now that it takes longer I no longer strive to do so.
I just like this game less now :( hopefully the creators read this a change it back 🤷🏻‍♀️

This has always been one of my favorite games. Sadly, after earning all of the puzzle prizes, it is hard for me to get motivated to play this very often. My two suggestions for making this an even better game are: 1.) Add some more puzzle prizes. It is always a letdown to finish a game and not receive a puzzle piece. Corny? Yes, probably. But I loved seeing those puzzles come together and now that has been taken away. Have your design team come up with additional puzzle prizes to play for. That will motivate me to play more. 2.) Give players an option of paying a fee to eliminate ads. Some of the ads will leave quickly which makes it not so bad. Other ads won’t leave easily or quickly. I have quit this game several times over ad frustration but eventually I come back because I really do enjoy this game. Please offer a for-pay VIP version that has more puzzle prizes and no ads!!

It takes minutes, not seconds, to start up on my iPad. I admit the iPad is an older model, but other games do not do this, including mobility solitaire. It sticks between plays and at times the ads don’t even come up, which means starting all over again. I enjoy the game, so must play it on my iPhone to keep from going crazy. Have contacted help, but nothing has worked. Even when all apps are closed, there is no difference. Don’t waste your time with this if you have an iPad. I’m using iPadOS 15.5.

Overall, this is a great app. I really enjoy playing it. I especially like the Daily Challenge. I play it everyday so I can get a crown with jewels. Unfortunately, my efforts disappear. I will play, get the crown with jewels, only for that to disappear the next day. I replay the day before’s game and I get a crown without the jewels. I realize it’s rather petty of me to bring this up, but I am competitive and I’d love to have a month of crowns with jewels. That isn’t possible until this bug is fixed. It doesn’t happen everyday. Maybe it happens 5 or 6 times a month.

This is a fun game. The only 2 complaints I have iare with (1) the castle puzzles, and (2) the maps.
(1) PUZZLES
Don’t repeat the same castle multiple times
You can only win one puzzle piece per day and after all that effort it really feels like a ripoff when you get a different picture of the same castle. I have 13 castles and 3 of them are just different variations of the Neuschswanstein castle. I hate that and there’s no reason for it.
(2) MAPS - why are there so few? There are plenty of countries you could add. You don’t even have all of Europe.

I don’t mind ads but this is ridiculous. The countdown on one ad was 30 seconds and most are essentially 2 ads between each game...you wait, then hit to X out once, then it pops up again and you have to wait again to X out. If I’m interested in what the ad is selling, I know in the first 2 seconds and I don’t need to wait, and then have it pop up again just so you can be sure I’m not interested. The game is good, but this developer is not the only crown game and I’m to the point of deleting CrownSolitaire and finding another one.

I enjoy this game very much, but the ads are overwhelming. They ruin the joy. An ad pops up after every hand (which only takes a minute, minute and a half to play) and then the video runs. When the allotted time has passed and you’re finally able to X out of it, another page pops up for CrownSolitaire , which you also have to X out of. Very frustrating.
If you only have a few minutes to play, this is not the game for you. In fact, only if you have a great deal of time on your hands that you don’t mind wasting on frivolous advertisements will this not frustrate you!!
And, yes, I did look for in-app purchases or to be able to pay outright to be able to bypass the ads but no such luck.

Great game, great graphics! But those dang ads drive me insane! You have got to watch them for so long then you can hit the x, and you should be done with the nonsense, but noooo! They have to add insult to injury and pop up yet another ad screen! I’m really tired of it! I’d love to pay a dollar to not see that crap! It’s usually the same few over and over and over and over and ...well, I’m sure you get the picture! Mind numbing! I’m so tired of advertising! It’s like a black scourge on game play! Like a disease we have to learn to live with!

-My dad taught me this game when I was very young (now facing my “old age” b’day) so I’ve been playing it a VERY long time only having to use a deck of cards. It isn’t as fun w/real cards because of all the shuffling. This game is next to impossible to win playing w/a real deck and tired of the game.
-Playing it on my phone or iPad shuffling isn’t a problem and it seems winning is easier! Now I play it all the time and remember the hours of fun I had playing cards w/my dad.
-Can’t think of a single negative thing to say about it.

I’ve played and enjoyed this game for years. But for the last couple of weeks there has been an annoying change. I don’t mind the ads that come up when you go to a new deal. Some have even led me to some fun games. But now they just pop up, randomly opening my browser. As soon as I log on, in the middle of game play, this morning it happened in the middle of another ad. And they just happen. I don’t click on anything, don’t even touch the screen and boom, there it is. This has taken all the fun and enjoyment out of this game and I plan to give it just a few more days. If this continues I will have to delete your game and find something new.

I love these Mobilityware games. I have several of which I play challenge games daily. Suddenly, I am being required to sign in with my Apple password to play, and then I get an invalid password notice. This is very aggravating. It feels like a hack attempt and is keeping me from playing. At times, if I do get to play, the game won’t respond to my touch. It’s like being blocked for an ad to run, but there’s no ad. There’s just an unresponsive game. I play on my I-phone 6.
Feels very strange.

WHERE is the option to just BUY the game for AD FREE???? Please don’t throw the “we need revenue” crap at me. I get it to a point, but an ad in between EVERY deal is pathetic. I play MANY of your Mobilityware games, so we both know you can offer the ad free version. I am so aggravated and truly getting ready to move on. Too many others out there without the annoying ads that also freeze the game more often than not. FIX IT and FIRE whom ever is refusing to offer the the paid for ad free version.

I love this game, I am now hooked on Tri-Peak Solitaire, but that game wants you to buy more “coins “ to continue playing,or else watch advertisements. This game does not do that, I don’t mind watching ads, but when you know I’m hooked, do not expect me to buy more coins with my bank card. Crown is great, I would like a triple deck with out all the B.S. I am more than willing to watch a 10-30 second advertisement. Crown just gives you what you need. I am “old”, don’t need all the bells and whistles. Hey, Crown is a great game.

I love this game. In fact I play several of your card games every night, playing the daily challenge. All of a sudden tonight when I try to go into the daily challenge on this one it pops up that You need an internet connection to play this. All of your others that I have are doing fine as I go through them, doing the challenge but I keep going back to this one and keep getting the same response. Not sure how to proceed with this issue. Thanks for any help provided. Also, I find it sort of funny reading these reviews complaining about ads. If they are such a problem to them, just upgrade to no ads. They want it all with no effort (or money) on their part. Funny. I love the games you have provided. Thanks again for any help.
