Je suis joueur sur total battle et je rencontre encore un problème. J'ai acheté un pack pour participer au kvk mais il y a eu un bug pendant une attaque et mes troupes sont bloqué maintenant pendant plusieurs heures sur la route. Du coup je ne pourrais plus participer à l'évènement. C'est aberrant avec tout l'argent investi dans ce jeu les bug ne devrait pas aussi présent. Et le support ia du jeu ne répond pas. Mon identifiant est 48611060. Merci d'avance de prendre au sérieux ma demande de dédommagement. Bonne journée.

Total battle blocked my account because I declined a purchase order I didn’t do , I had made a purchase for 4:99 $ and they were trying to pass it for 194:99 $ it’s obvious I declined that purchase and then reached out to support to let them no what has happened and the just sent me a text saying my account was blocked because I violated there refund policy. I since then being trying to talk with support but they simply refuse to respond anything else and bully me or strong arm me if you prefer so I brought all this to iTunes and iTunes will be investigating TB as well for compliance and they are not allowed to freeze my account that I spent so much money on as well. Apparently there are other similar complaints iTunes received and if you are one that’s been bullied in this way call iTunes and let them know as a 3 rd party they operate under apple iTunes umbrella to some extent as for compliance. Bottom line it’s not legal for them to do so and iTunes is providing a refund to my account as well . Please don’t be afraid and don’t let TB bully you stand up for yourself and call iTunes they will help and also investigate the matter, the more people let iTunes know the better it will be for everyone who plays TD to be treated properly. As to support from total battle they still haven’t responded to me , I suggested to all to do a 72 hour boycott on any purchases .

Money money money Everything about this game revolves around you spending money. They advertise it as a free to play game. Yet in order to participate in the game or even to protect yourself from getting utterly wasted, you need to spend money. “Premium” is $5 usd per week. 260/yr. and you get to swap gear and translate messages, tho the translation is inaccurate. In order to be “competitive” in the game, you have to spend 250/wk on special mercenaries, and that’s after 6months of spending that kind of money to grow an army size that can be competitive. 12,000/year. To play the game. Yet you get 0 return from customer support on the developers fixing issues within the game. You have to use an outside chat service bc the one they advertise as having doesn’t work. They perform maintenance in the middle of major events, they don’t answer your questions to support for 3-5 days. And again, only way to be competitive and grow to be competitive is spending in the neighborhood of 250/wk if you spend 50 for a package, they will offer the same package for 100 for a week to 10 days. It’s the same thing, yet double the price. It almost feels criminal the way this company operates.

Worst game experience and environment ever.
Very unorganized seems to be predator based game where the higher organized ranking players control how the game is actually played. “The kings court” will hold you “accountable” for attacking another player and you are bullied to pay for “damages” or resources lost in the game during battle. None of the following is disclosed in the ToS or in how to play the game.
Apparently each “world” has different “RoE” “Rules of engagement” which now changes how the game is designed to be played and what is expected of you and how much you need to pay them to stay playing. The “players” will ask to be paid in game resources. If you do not pay they make it hard to play this game as players with higher ranks will bully you to play and pay them. Players set up multiple accounts to keep up the amount of numbers to dominate other players. Some offer for you to buy resources from them from their websites posted in the game chat. Even for other player’s actions that maybe on your team. You are harassed and bullied until you pay in game resources. If you do not pay the other players will make it so difficult to play you will want to quit.
You don’t know or can you Identify who is the games admin or is it just another player in the game telling you to pay. You will also be harassed from other players asking for WhatsApp information in the game and clan chats. Worst experience in any game I’ve played.
