I cannot log into spacetalk app, it says invalid email address or password even though it is correct.

We have not had a positive experience at all with this app and the SPACETALK watch. These products are unreliable and I would not purchase again. I’ve had to return the watch because it overheated to where my daughter had to remove it from her wrist and the data connection would constantly drop out making it stressful when I tried reaching her at after school events. The malfunction was supposedly caused by sweat getting into the SIM, and the repaired watch (only 6 months old) was returned without a SIM. Delivery of new SIM took several days, and now I’m having issues installing it. I keep getting locked out of the app with a message that my subscription has expired... again. I now need to wait for the office hours to get support - good start to the day. Another week that we can’t rely on using this watch. Should have bought an Apple Watch - might be more expensive, but at least I know I can rely on it! Don’t waste your time on SPACETALK or AllMyTribe - not worth it.
