If I could somehow give negative stars I would give negative 5. The fact that I have to give it a star to submit this is an insult to democracy.
I can never find my tickets, the purchase process is extremely poor. If all you are interested in is a news feed there is likely a less frustrating way to get it. Honestly it makes me want to stop going to games to have to interface with UKAthletics to get my tickets. If this even were to cost a penny I would not buy it. A more direct functional navigator pane would be a great start. One button that says “tickets”. Under that heading add one button for “buy tickets” one button for “here’s your tickets” one button for “here’s what we didn’t tell you about the ticket purchasing process sucker”.

I have tried to manage my season e-tickets for basketball and have had nothing but problems. I’ve tried thru the iPhone app and Google Play app, safari, chrome and windows and none of them will allow me to download or transfer my tickets. I have to meet an IT guy outside the Rupp gate every game for him to fix it. You know it’s bad since you station IT guys outside of gates to fix it (at least fix game by game). Then, the same problem happens again the very next game. Frustrating! Fix it once and for all. As I have games I cannot attend and need to transfer them but you cannot fix that simple download/transfer feature so I will lose money.

UKAthletics is good for news about sports and to see twitter posts (that can already be seen on the twitter app). The process to buy student tickets for a sporting event through UKAthletics is terrible. If your account works, then you won’t have much of a problem. However, it is a slim chance that your account will actually work. If you have a Ticketmaster account already, be prepared for issues to arise. Terrible process and really disappointed in all of the issues.

I wish they had features like live streaming Rupp games on UKAthletics . Visually pleasing, but UKAthletics ’s response time is slow (registers taps in 0.5-2 seconds) though that could be me. Also someone tell me why the notification said that UK beat UCLA 83-75??? Lol. We lost, though. I think this can be improved by better servers and added features. It functions.

Being a new app they need to fix a few bugs but it looks much better and is much easier to navigate than the old app. Being able to listen to Tom Leach call the games anywhere is awesome.

I downloaded UKAthletics because it was the only way to buy tickets for the high school football championship games. I had the barcodes displayed yesterday, and tried to send them to Apple wallet. That also didn’t work. I’ve already bought the tickets, and now UKAthletics won’t display the 2D barcodes, so I don’t know how I’m going to get in.

There is no live score tracker for games that are in progress. This is the single most aggravating thing about UKAthletics, and the only reason I want such an app. You'll be better suited following UK athletics on Twitter and not needing to clog your phone with more crap.

You can't even pull up the schedule for idividual sports. Overall, this thing is clunky and basically is just a feed of UK athletics news.

It’s a great way to be kept up to date on sports news for my team!! But I’m a little disappointed that hey don’t have up cheer team on there. They are an amazing team and are fabulous. I’m waiting for them to be added to UKAthletics . Please!

Paid $42 for student football pocket pass. Downloaded UKAthletics . But UKAthletics does not recognize the email I used to buy the tickets (or my student email), so I don’t have access to my tickets.

Hope y’all saved your confirmation email, try to get your money back.

Please fix this important function in UKAthletics . Two different smartphones in my household could not get audio for two different games, whether streaming via WiFi or on my cellular data plan. App is pretty much useless for following UK sports without it.

1. App does not offer ability to reset password.
2. App does not offer ability to update or change personal and account information.
3. App does not offer link to a website to do the above.

You can get all your UK games and news in UKAthletics

I tried on all three devices tonight to get the Florida game on UKAthletics , but all UKAthletics would do is play part of an ad and then freeze. Audio is consistently a problem with UKAthletics.

App needs to be easier to navigate when trying to find simple information such as game times when TV schedules and printed schedules say TBD ! Also when I get breaking news about UK sports I want to get it from the UK Athletics app and not Bleacher Report.

UKAthletics is unresponsive when touching buttons. There were way to many pop ups upon opening UKAthletics . Some buttons didn’t even register touches. I would not recommend UKAthletics at this time.

No luck radio steaming several games this year. If you can’t handle volume of traffic, sell rights to tune-in radio. I would be happy to pay to for the games. UKAthletics is a joke and a huge disservice to the fans

Downloaded and tried to create an account. When I hit register, the screen did nothing. Tried to use the button to sign in through Facebook and again nothing.

Very slow, ad after ad, buggy, and is missing a lot of great features that the old app had. It's not even worth trying to fool with. I would not recommend this for anyone to use in its current state.

There is no way to follow play by play through text like the old better version. Tonight UK plays South Carolina and when I follow a link to 'live stats' (which was difficult to find itself) I go to the UK-EKU game stats. I don't know why UK changed its app, but this new one is CRAP

Doesn't make accessing electronic tickets easier which I'm pretty sure was the purpose of switching to tickets sales on UKAthletics. Makes it super hard to down load tickets. Show have stuck with mystudenttix.
