No refund for cancelled flights!

DO NOT USE! They are scammers! First, the prices changed once you found your cheap flight. The cost went up but still seemed like a deal. Due to COVID the flights purchased were all cancelled. The airlines refunded the money but City. Travel never issued the refund. They kept saying I had to wait 60 business days. It’s been almost 2 years and I still don’t have the refund for three sets of tickets to Costa Rica. When I challenged the credit card purchase City sent a 31 page document to the CC company saying we agreed to their terms and conditions when purchasing the flights. They said they would issue a refund or credit, what they see fit. I have yet to see anything and they keep making excuses when contacted. I’m out $1800. NEVER USE THIS APP! A big time scam.
You can book but can’t buy ticket

You can book but can’t buy tickets with US bank cards. Which I used 3 different cards from two different banks
Booked tickets a couple times but at the time of payment the transaction doesn’t go through. They blame to my bank bank said all are good.
Another issue was that it showed me ticket around $350 but when I filled out all infos and booked then it shows that the price from $350 changed into $1300 I was shocked.

I don't like to spend a lot of time searching for flights and visiting various websites. This service solved this problem by giving me a lot of options. I appreciated the speed and ease of use of the service and the ability to compare ticket prices from different airlines. It is convenient to choose the date and time of departure in the application.
