Ticket integration is a mess

Logging in to your account to manage ticket account is not smooth and is not integrated well with CincinnatiBearcats yet the school is forcing digital tickets on everyone saying CincinnatiBearcats must be used on game day to present tickets for admittance.
Clicking CincinnatiBearcats links to manage tickets and your account asks you to sign in, again. It then says “Welcome back” the. Asks you to click on manage tickets again which rerouted to the login screen again and the cycle repeats…
From the web page (because app is not usable), three months after purchasing tickets, the order history still shows no purchases whatever. Upcoming events shows nothing what so ever.
Not a lot of confidence in the product that is being pushed on us especially as the season nears. Will this work as intended? When?
