App works great for the first few months then after you run into an issue you basically are on your own to solve the problem. CopOvertimeManagement customer support is horrible you won’t get a call back on your issue. My opinion buyer beware; thumbs down on app.

I bought CopOvertimeManagement and everything was great until I had to reset my phone and now I cant log on into CopOvertimeManagement because of this error message. Horrible. I’ve tried deleting and reading the adding and it still the same thing no good at all. Money gone to waste

I downloaded this very useful app months ago. Documented months of overtime and unfortunately, had to swap my cellphone out due to technical issues. I re- downloaded CopOvertimeManagement to see that it does not allow me to restore my previous entries. I’ve sent three emails to the developer requesting assistance and have not received a reply.
This rating is strictly for the lack of customer service.
I want my previous account restored!!!!!

Tried multiple times now I’m locked out of my ESS account

When you go to make a new entry on the iPhone, when you change the overtime reason, you can’t save the entry. The save button appears in the top right corner by the power meter and the WiFi signal. Doesn’t let you move forward. Needs to be fixed.

Every time I open the it says network issue and I can’t get to use CopOvertimeManagement I even paid for the full version if u guyz not going to fix this issue then I want my money back!!!!

Been using CopOvertimeManagement for a year now, was working great until 2020. Now I can’t go back to 2019 and see all my OT that was imputed because it isn’t an option. Also, the lost time calculator doesn’t work. I keep on getting a message saying “invalid, calculation is required and you must select a leave bank” even though both fields are filled in. Please fix!

Looks to be a great app, waiting for the ESS function to work. And when producing an OT there should be a manual way of setting your tours. I don’t have set tours but do have 3-4 common tours I regularly use.

Is there a way to have the large overtime slips. I only see short ones when I make the entry

Needs update. Not compatible with latest iOS. Crashes when inputting overtime and paid details.

I love CopOvertimeManagement. Basically covers everything regarding OT, pension calculations. This is definitely me Swiss Army app for managing my OT

The premier app for nypd to track OT, work #s for 457 and pension as well as 1/50th, bug was fixed quick and should be a must download for active members!! 5+ stars!

Awesome App! Everything is easily accessible. Access to your vacation picks, OT slips, paycheck, etc.

Great app. A lot easier usage than the more common apps out there. They update CopOvertimeManagement and the features are top notch.

Does what it’s supposed too

CopOvertimeManagement is a great app that keeps track on over time I did as well as well of the over time I got paid for. I also like how everything gets synchronized up with payroll.
