This app by far is THE worse app I’ve had to deal with. For starters, I had tickets transferred to me, but for whatever reason when I tried to accept and log in, it instantly made me change the password before I could do anything and an error sign can up. I tried to live chat, BUT I couldn’t because I didn’t have an order details. What’s even worse, the 800 number doesn’t even work! (I called atleast 10x all day) It tried to connect the Jags app to my Ticketmaster app, and it went to HELL from there. When I finally got a working number, you already know they were closed for the day at 5 pm, WoW! So needless to say I probably won’t even be able to make it to the game Jags game tomorrow. TOTALLY DISGUSTING WITH THIS APP!

1. Videos/Ads take much longer to load then the old app did. Still have the old one installed so I’ve tested them side by side for comparison 2. Text font too small to read on news articles 3. Can not swipe back to news; must scroll all the way back up to the top to click the back arrow 4. Video UI causes music/podcasts to stop playing in the background every time I open the app(extremely frustrating) This app has a slick look but feels like there was little to no beta testing before rollout, these are all very simple QOL changes that should have been handled before release. If fixed I will change my review/rating.

How does an NFL team have such a bad app. Nothing ever loads and when it does it’s only an ad. It’s not user friendly at all. It seems like you’re not listening to the other reviews. When connected to Bluetooth in my car and I start watching a video it some how goes to a phone call every time and completely shuts everything down. This app seems like it was made 10 years ago when you could have multiple apps open at once. I would be on a Jaguars app all day if it was worth anything but this makes me lose interest in following the team
